国债乘数效应分析

传统的凯恩斯财政乘数理论和现代财政理论,相继讨论政府支出乘数、税收乘数以及转移支付对产出的乘数效应,共同得出的结论是短期利用外债来拉动一国经济的增长可以取得较好的乘数效应,但长期内只能依靠国内的投资拉动。并且由于政府支出与转移支付对产出的效果影响不尽相同,所以国债对经济拉动的乘数作用既取决于国债来源结构,又取决于国债的投向结构。     

基于乘数理论的旅游业与襄阳国民经济关联性研究

乘数理论作为经济学的基础理论,在旅游产业中得到了广泛的应用。文章根据科布-道格拉斯函数构建了旅游收入生产函数,并以湖北省襄阳市为研究对象,对其旅游收入乘数效应进行了实证分析,结果发现:旅游收入生产函数和固定资产生产函数回归模型拟合优度良好,均通过了显著性检验;从纵向上比较,其旅游收入乘数效应在波动中前进,总体呈上升趋势;从横向上比较,旅游收入乘数效应远大于固定资产乘数效应,表明旅游业的发展对促进襄阳经济有更大的弹性空间。

建立了两种税制下预算乘数计算的数学模型，着重分析了比率税制下政府收入增加量的涵义，阐述了平衡预算乘数对国民收入的作用。
