现代家庭与学校的关系

由于社会的整体变革造成的家庭结构的变化，造成在现代家庭与学校关系上出现了许多新现象、新问题；家长作为一种教育资源，直接参与并介入学校的发展中，并成为学校可资利用的重要的社会资本；而社会环境和家庭的因素对学校的影响，也日益成为学校教育中不可忽视的因素。论文呼吁，为了营造有利于儿童身心健康发展的社会环境，应建立家庭与学校一体化的教育模式，以积极互动的家校合作关系取代功利化、世俗化的家校合作关系。

一、研究家长与教师之间冲突的必要性 自学校产生以来，家庭和学校的关系就被人们所关注，如何成功地实现二者之间合作成为学者们研究的主要课题，同时，也是家庭和学校所关注的现实问题。前苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾说：“只有在这样的条件下才能实现和谐全面的发展，就是两个‘教育者’——学校和家庭，不仅要一致行动，要向儿童提出同样的要求，而且志同道合，抱着一致的信念，始终从同样的原则出发，无论在教育的目的上，过程上还是手段上，都不要发生分歧。”这充分说明人们对家校合作的重视和期望，而作为家庭和学校代言人的家长和教师之间的合作更是重中之重。

对绍兴市学校和社区教育合作实施情况及参与方对合作的主观认识的调查表明：学校、家庭、社区都能认识到合作的重要性，但实际参与程度不高。表现为：教师接受社区邀请时附带条件；教师对家长和社区参与学校管理持怀疑态度；家长对学校了解程度不高；社区假期活动缺乏吸引力。当前，构建学校——社区教育共同体还面临区域教育发展不平衡，学校、家庭、社区教育资源共享困难，关系无法理顺，社区教育实体和场所缺失等问题。
