以安徽省部分高校辅导员和安徽师范大学部分专业学生为调查对象,从角色意识、角色学习、角色压力、角色技能、角色规划、角色关系、角色冲突、角色距离等方面对当前高校辅导员的角色现状进行描述。现状表明,高校辅导员存在角色冲突、角色不清、角色超载、角色异化等现象,可以从外部环境要素和内在主体要素两方面寻找归因。 相似文献

众所周知,高校领导角色会随着内外环境的变化进行嬗变。在特定时期,高校领导角色的准确定位,对于高等教育的健康发展意义重大。我国高校领导角色主要由政治家角色、管理者角色与教育家角色构成,这种综合性角色内含着角色的缺陷,如集权引发的缺陷、效率导向引发的缺陷,及角色伦理冲突引发的缺陷。在新公共服务的视野下,为弥补缺陷,我国高校领导角色应向教育家角色、服务者角色、重塑的管理者角色和淡化的政治家角色转变。 相似文献

This paper suggests that teacher education is undergoing significant transformation. In most countries there is a recognition that the quality and extent of provision will need to be raised. Open and distance education, utilising new interactive forms of technology, will have a crucial, perhaps major, role to play in this process. The school will act increasingly as a ‘site’ for learning within evolving models of initial and in‐service teacher education. All forms of teacher education will exploit new technologies. There will be an increasing convergence between conventional and open and distance modes of delivery. New assessments of costs and effectiveness will need to be made. Changes in technology has rendered ‘out‐of‐date’ much of the previous evaluative evidence. We are at the end of the first century of work on models of educational and psychological measurement and into a new millennium. This certainly seems like an appropriate time for looking backward and looking forward in assessment. Furthermore, a new edition of the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (AERA, APA, & NCME, 1999) has been published, and the previous editions of the Standards have served as benchmarks in the development of measurement theory.
This backward glance will be just that, a glance. After a brief historical review focusing mainly on construct validity, the current state of validity theory will be summarized, with an emphasis on the role of arguments in validation. Then how an argument-based approach might be applied will be examined in regards to two issues in validity theory: the distinction between performance-based and theory-based interpretations, and the role of consequences in validation. 相似文献

The meanings that a teacher attaches to the new curriculum reforms act as his or her map on the curriculum implementation journey, and these usually determine the success of the education reforms. This research article explores the meanings attached to the new Science curriculum reforms by primary school teachers in a school district in South Africa, where the perceived meanings emanated from, as well as the role they played in the implementation of the reforms in the classroom. It is argued that new curriculum reforms have to take place concurrently with other changes in order for them to have a significant and long-lasting effect. Three possible ways will be suggested that will help the teachers to avoid formulating reform meanings that are not aligned with the vision and goals of the new curriculum. 相似文献

The affordances of digital portfolios provide a space for students to construct themselves in new ways, to the extent that they are creating content in an entirely new genre—a genre where the placement of content; connections among content; and the ability to communicate via image, color, movement, and sound are as important to making meaning as the alphabetic. It should not be assumed that these new choices are boundless, though with a cursory glance, they seem to be. Often, the tools instructors and students choose play a large role in dictating how students will present themselves and their content; what seems like a limitless number of options is not actually so open, because students will move toward the options that are available within a tool. Therefore, careful evaluation of the tool affordances is needed to determine if best practices within the new genre are truly promoted. 相似文献
