The Cultural Free Trade Zone established in the Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone was officially opened days ago, providing convenience for cultural export and import. it gets rid of the traditional model of paying taxation regardless of transactions and allows the exemption of taxation if no transaction exists; it introduces equipment for the restoration of cultural relics and the transportation of overseas cultural relics requires no customs declaration; it offers bonded warehouses which enable direct shipment and avoid the inbound and outbound customs procedures.
