Relationship between alanine aminotransferase levels and metabolic syndrome in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective:To investigate the relationship between alanine aminotransferase (ALT)levels and metabolic syndrome (MS)in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 26527 subjects who received medical health checkup in our hospital from January 2005 to July 2007 were enrolled in the study.The diagnosis of fatty liver was based on ultrasound imaging.MS Was defined according to the criteria of the Adult Treatment Panel Ⅲ.ALT,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),height,weight,waist circumference(WC),systolic blood pressure (SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured in each subject to analyze the relationship between MS and ALT activity.Results:(1)The prevalence of NAFLD in men(30.94%)was significantly higher than that in women(15.65%);(2)The incidence of MS in NAFLD(33.83%)was significantly greater than that in non-NAFLD(10.62%);(3)Of the 6470 subjects with NAFLD,in the age-adjusted partial correlation analysis,there were statistically significant correlations between the ALT levels and most metabolic risk factors in each sex(P＜0.01),except that ALT levels had no correlation with HDL-c in women.Moreover,in the multiple stepwise regression analysis,SBP lost its significance,and WC,body mass index(BMI),age,DBP,TG and FPG were independently associated with ALT levels in both sexes (P＜0.05).HDL-c remained significant and was independently related to ALT leveis in men;(4)ALT levels were significantly higher in subjects with MS compared to those without MS(P＜0.001).Mean ALT levels increased with the number of MS cornponents in each sex (P.＜0.05 for trend).Conelusion:We found a strong relationship between ALT leveIs and MS in NAFLD and revealed that the cluster of MS components might be the predictor for ALT elevations.     

改进的分子连接性指数与原子化热之间的关系

本文在链烷烃的分子图的基础上,切断分子图的任一条边(C-C键)成两个子图,以切断边的顶点为起点,对这两个子图的路径顶点数Nc(即子图中任一顶点到起始顶点这一路径中所包含的顶点数)的平方倒数求和(∑1N2c)然后进一步构造出两类新的拓扑指数———邻接矩阵特征根(X1cc,X2cc),距离积方根连接性指数和(Xc);同时,本文探讨了这些指数与相应链烷烃的原子化热(HA)的关系,结果表明本文所提出的拓扑指数与相应的链烷烃的原子化热(HA)具有良好的结构———性质相关性.     

大学生感觉寻求与网络成瘾的关系研究

采用中国版大学生感觉寻求问卷和网络成瘾问卷,对294名大学生进行感觉寻求和网络成瘾情况及其相互关系调查。结果:感觉寻求存在显著性别差异,男生的感觉寻求水平高于女生;网络成瘾存在显著的性别差异,男生比女生更容易对网络上瘾;感觉寻求总分和去抑制与网络成瘾的相关显著。结论:感觉寻求和网络成瘾之间确实存在一定的关系。     

论传统学校教育与人才选拔的关系

我国历史上学校教育与人才选拔的关系,可以分为三个阶段。隋朝以前,两者各自走着一条互不交叉的平行线路;隋唐五代时期,两者相须相资,相互依辅,结伴而行;宋元明清时期,两者结成了过于紧密的关系,学校成为科举制度的附庸,失却了培养和造就人才的功能。科举制度所造成的最严重的恶果,是人才标准的单一性、这种单一性人才模式的强制性以及学校教育对这种单一性人才培养的依从。众多的社会因素都对学校教育和人才选拔的关系产生了影响,要理顺二者的关系,显然不能囿于这两个因素,而有必要由全社会来承载。     

略论正刊与增刊的关系

目前,虽然增刊的“口碑”不是太好,但各期刊社出版增刊已是一种普遍现象。这里有追求经济效益的因素在里边,但同时出版增刊也是有一定的意义和作用的。《辽宁师范大学学报》(自然科学版)出版增刊的实践说明只有正刊办得好,才能为增刊的出版提供可能的平台;同时,增刊是正刊的有益补充。     

Relationship between resistin level in serum and acute coronary syndrome or stable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum resistin level and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) or stable angina pectoris (SAP). Methods Sixty-five patients, with coronary artery disease, were enrolled and divided into three subgroupsacute myocardial infarction (AMI), unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and SAP, and 26 healthy people were recruited as controls in the cross-sectional study. Serum resistin levels were determined by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), and WBC (white blood cell count), hsCRP (high sensitive C-reaction protein), CKmax (maximum ofcreatinkinase), CK-MBmax (maximum of isozyme of creatinkinase) and cTnImax (maximum oftroponin) were measured by standard laboratory methods. Results The serum resistin levels were 4 folds higher in AMI patients, 2.43 folds in UAP patients and 1.12 folds in SAP patients than in the healthy controls (P＜0.05). The resistin levels were also significantly different between AMI [(8.16±0.79) ng/ml], UAP [(5.59±0.75) ng/ml]and SAP [(3.45±0.56) ng/ml] groups (P＜0.01); WBC, hsCRP, CKmax, CK-MBmax and cTnImax were significantly increased in AMI patients over UAP and SAP patients. Spearman analysis showed that serum resistin levels were positively correlated with WBC (r=0.412, P=0.046), hsCRP (r=0.427, P=0.037), CKmax, CK-MBmax and cTnImax (r=0.731, 0.678, 0.656; P＜0.01). ConclusionSerum resistin levels increased with inflammatory factors and myocardial impairment. The results suggest that human resistin might play an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and AMI as an inflammatory factor.

常绿植物SOD活性与植物耐寒力相关性的研究

本实验研究了6种常绿植物越冬期间,在植株正常生长情况下,各因子共同作用对常绿植物SOD活性的影响。结果表明：六种常绿植物越冬期间SOD活性变化曲线均呈“M”状,并不随环境温度降低而持续下降;常绿植物抗寒力与植物内源SOD活性水平密切相关,呈种间特异性。     

大连獐子岛居民ALDH_2rs71和MTHFRrs1801133基因及等位基因频率分布及与血压的关系

对资料完整的170例獐子岛原住居民在心血管病相关问卷调查基础上,应用Taq Man RT-PCR法检测乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)和甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因型,探讨等位基因分布频率及与血压的关系。发现ALDH2 AA+AG基因频率男性为35.3%,女性为21.9%,ALDH2 GG基因频率男性为64.8%,女性为78.1%。MTHFR AA、AG、GG基因频率男性为19.6%、54.9%、11.8%,女性为23.5%、53.8%、18.5%。大连獐子岛居民ALDH2、MTHFR基因及等位基因分布与不同收缩压和舒张压之间均无显著性,ALDH2与饮酒状况间差异无显著性;血压与ALDH2、MTHFR基因及等位基因型分布无明显的相关关系,基因型频率分布较广。     

英语专业四级考试听写成绩与总成绩相关研究

此项研究以台州学院450名英语专业学生的四级考试成绩为研究对象,运用定量研究,经积差法计算和SPSS10统计软件统计分析,调查了英语专业四级考试短文听写成绩与总成绩的关系.结果表明,短文听写成绩与总成绩成一定的正相关.由此提出,有必要加强英语专业学生短文听写的训练,提高学生的综合英语水平,从而提高英语专业四级考试的通过率.     

慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆脂蛋白(a)与纤溶活性的相关性

目的:研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆脂蛋白(a)与纤溶活性的关系.方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定58例慢性肾功能衰竭患者及51名健康对照者的血浆脂蛋白(a)浓度,并以底物显色法测定其组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)及其抑制物(PAI)活性.结果:慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆脂蛋白(a)浓度和PAI活性明显升高,tPA活性明显降低;脂蛋白(a)浓度与血浆尿素氮水平、PAI活性均呈正相关;脂蛋白(a)浓度与tPA活性呈负相关.结论:肾功能对血浆脂蛋白(a)浓度起一定的调节作用,脂蛋白(a)水平的升高与纤溶活性低下有关.     

塔西佗与班固史学风格比较

塔西佗和班固都为后世留下了丰厚的史学遗产。将古代东西方两位史家相提并论，是从他们的史不风格着眼的。班固和塔西佗撰写史书的态度、选择史料的眼光、取舍材料的兴趣、品评人物的见识、叙述历史的文笔等方面都是很相似的。本文对二人史学风格相似的原因也作了简要分析，并阐明其史学风格的同中之异。     

Interactions between mycoplasma lipid-associated membrane proteins and the host cells

Mycoplamas are a group of wall-less prokaryotes widely distributed in nature, some of which are pathogenic for humans and animals. There are many lipoproteins anchored on the outer face of the plasma membrane, called lipid-associated membrane proteins （LAMPs）. LAMPs are highly antigenic and could undergo phase and size variation, and are recognized by the innate immune system through Toll-like receptors （TLR） 2 and 6, LAMPs can modulate the immune system, and could induce immune cells apoptosis or death. In addition, they may associate with malignant transformation of host cells and are also considered to be cofactors in the progression of AIDS.
