韩国学校文化主要研究领域主题特征与动向考察

研究选取韩国学校文化中的学校组织文化、教师文化、教学文化三个领域,系统梳理这些领域在1990—2020年的研究主题特征。结果显示,韩国的学校组织文化和教师文化研究较多,教学文化研究较少。学校组织文化研究主要集中在学校文化与其他相关变量关系的测定上。教师文化研究以教学业务、教学管理、人际关系等为中心,揭示教师在信念、价值观、行为、语言、礼仪、意识等方面的文化特征。教学文化研究超越了从学科教学角度研究的局限性。后续的学校文化研究有必要严格区分学校文化与学校组织文化的概念,深化教职文化研究,拓宽教学文化研究的广度和深度。
