利用外资加快西部经济发展的对策

利用外资是解决西部区域发展资金短缺问题的有效措施。分析了西部区域利用外资的现状，探究西部区域外资利用度偏低的原因，提出如何充分利用西部的资源优势，借助外资促进西部区域发展的对策。     

湖州利用外资的实证分析

资金作为一种重要的生产要素，在国民经济中的作用是不言而喻的。实证分析表明，外资的利用对湖州的经济增长、固定资产投资、进出口贸易等方面做出了积极的贡献。但是湖州在利用外资的过程中仍存在一些问题。因此，湖州在一如既往地利用外资的同时，还应注意优化投资软环境，提高外资利用水平，积极引导外资投向不同的产业，提高外资的引进质量。     

从东南亚金融危机看我国的外资引进

东南亚国家在利用外资方面的矛盾和问题的积累,最终酿成波及全球的金融危机。我国在引进外资上,存在着重引进轻管理、外资在华投资短期行为严重、国外大企业投资少、投资地区分布不合理等问题。为了有效地利用外资,就要做到：经济发展不能过分依赖外资;优化外资结构;加强对外资投向的引导、调控,提高外资使用效率     

利用外资过程中存在的问题及应对举措

1979年实行对外开放的政策以来,我国利用外资的数日逐年增加,每年吸收的FDI规模一直保持快速增长势头,同发展中国家比较,中国利用外资的成绩更是有目共睹。外资的大量流入为经济增长做出了积极的贡献,但是在外资的利用情况上还存在着诸多不合理的因素,该文着重指出我国在利用外资方面所存在的问题,并提出提高我国外资利用效率的对策建议。     

承接产业转移视角下的滁州市利用外资效率研究

本文通过使用外资业绩指数、GDP外资弹性等指标构建外资利用效率评价模型,对滁州市利用外资效率进行实证分析,结果表明滁州市利用外资规模与皖江城市带存在较大差距,但利用外资对经济增长的促进作用明显,利用外资质量较高.滁州应采取积极创造引资环境、加强企业自主创新能力、优化产业结构等措施提高利用外资效率.     

辽宁省利用外资现状分析及对策研究

辽宁省作为东北地区老工业基地,近年来在引进外资项目及金额上屡创新高,促进了区域经济的发展,但在利用外资的过程中也存在着地区分布不平衡、产业结构不合理、引资主体单一等问题。为提升辽宁利用外资的水平,应该加强吸引外资的软环境建设,注重引资方式的多元化,引导外资在地区间合理分布,促进产业结构优化升级等。     

佛山市利用外资质量研究

本文首先对佛山市近14年来外资的利用现状进行分析,在此基础上,利用2000-2014年的数据,从经济因素、质量因素、技术管理因素3个一级指标来对佛山市利用外资的质量进行研究,通过计算7个二级指标的数值,研究发现佛山市外资的利用方面仍存在一系列的问题,针对这些外资利用的质量问题,本文提出了一些相应的政策建议.     

外资与广西北部湾经济增长的关系

通过分析广西北部湾经济区吸引利用外资存在着经济区城市之间年份吸引利用外资差距大、吸引外资增长率低、实际外资到位率偏低、外资对投资贡献度低、外资利用水平低等情况。提出提升利用外资的质量、改善投资环境、争取投资方向的多元化和吸引外资方式多样化、加强对外资项目的管理,提高外资到位率等建议,以此促进广西北部湾经济区的增长。     

论利用外资的艰难及其对策

本文利用翔实的资料说明了我国利用外资所存在的问题,主要是:无法引进足量为我所用的外资;没能杜绝利用外资过程中发生的国有资产惊人流失、浪费,没能真正引进世界一流的技术设备;没有做到利用外资优化产业结构,创造国内名牌企业、名牌产品;没有实现利用外资提高企业效益和创造外部效益,相反出现了昂贵的外部费用等等事与愿违的严重问题。为此,作者提出了一系列极有效的相应对策建议。这对于利用外资问题的解决,提高利用外资质量,实现利用外资的目的颇有价值。     

论中国外资政策的调整——基于激励政策效应的角度

笔者在对东道国投资激励政策效应分析的基础上,指出我国新一轮的外资政策调整对我国真实的外资流入规模不会有大的影响,但却有利于利用外资目标的实现、有利于利用外资质量的提升、有利于优化我国的产业结构和行业结构的观点。
