基于空间引力模型的河北省各县产业承接力研究——以承接首都商贸物流产业转移为例

在京津冀协同发展中,河北省明确提出打造"全国现代商贸物流重要基地",在今后的发展中主动承接首都商贸物流功能转移。从县域经济视角介入,构建承接首都商贸物流产业能力评价指标体系,运用修正后的空间引力模型对河北省132个县(含县级市)承接北京商贸物流产业的能力进行测算,综合已有发展基础条件,确定首都商贸物流产业转移最优承接区域。     

承接产业转移视角下的安徽物流业发展策略分析

物流业作为国民经济的基础和＂动脉＂,在区域经济一体化的进程中,不仅是其重要的子系统,而且还扮演着＂润滑剂＂和＂加速器＂的角色.基于产业转移与区域物流能力之间的相互关系,本文从安徽省物流业的现状出发,分析探讨了推动安徽物流产业在承接产业转移中形成、提高安徽物流产业服务能力和竞争力的措施,从而为安徽省经济总量的增长和经济运行效率的提升提供参考.     

豫晋陕黄河金三角承接产业转移示范区物流发展现状及发展趋势

物流对于经济的发展而言,具有推进其发展,扩大其影响面的能力.作为第三利润源泉,物流中进出口总量与物流总量是衡量一个地区经济发展程度与经济活跃程度的重要指标.笔者通过对豫晋陕黄河金三角承接产业转移示范区经济发展进行分析,探讨其未来物流发展趋势,表现为：不断完善与提升物流体系水平,以建成全能型物流中心为目标,推进区域经济发展;提高物流配送能力,从模式入手,优化第三方物流体系;加大科技投入,提高物流业信息化、标准化产业服务水平,进一步提升物流业资质.     

河源地区生鲜农产品物流安全评价实证研究

为研究地区生鲜农产品安全问题,在对河源市生鲜农产品物流进行实地调查研究的基础上构建生鲜农产品物流安全评价体系,针对其层次性和模型的特点,采用层次分析法确定个指标要素的权重,并利用模糊综合评价法对河源市生鲜农产品物流安全进行评价,以便为河源市农产品物流提供有效的意见和建议,进一步促进河源市农产品经济的发展。     

基于因子分析法的城市物流能力研究——以安徽省为例

城市物流能力在促进城市发展方面起到越来越重要的作用,特别是近年来物流产业的兴起。文章利用因子分析法结合2011年统计数据,对安徽省各城市物流能力进行分析,结果表明,安徽省各城市物流能力受客运量、旅客周转量、货运量、货物周转量等因素的影响,尤其是受区域位置影响较大。因此,提高城市物流能力就要从提高客运量、旅客周转量、货运量、货物周转量等方面着手,同时还要处理好各因素之间的关系。     

基于因子和聚类分析的福建省区域物流能力评价

"物流能力"是衡量现代物流业发展水平的重要指标,对福建省区域物流能力的评价既能改善和提高本地区物流能力,又能促进区域间发展联合,带动海西经济区发展,具有重要的实际意义和深远的战略意义。以福建省9市数据为样本,以2012年福建省统计数据为依据,运用SPSS19.0为统计分析工具,建立区域物流能力评价指标体系,采用因子和聚类分析结合的方法,对福建省9市区域物流能力进行客观的实证分析和评价,形成结论并有针对性地提出发展物流产业的策略和提高物流能力的建议。     

皖江城市带产业转移承接能力分析

承接产业转移是经济欠发达地区发展经济的重要举措,而产业承接力建设是成功实现产业转移的重要手段之一。从产业承接力内涵出发,设计出了包含4个层次,9个二级指标和24个三级指标的产业承接力评价指标体系,通过主成分分析和聚类分析对中部六个地区的产业转移承接力进行评价。结果表明,目前皖江城市带产业吸引力、产业选择力、产业支撑力和产业发展力较弱,产业转移承接能力不强。因此,皖江城市带必须从提升产业转移承接力的四大能力方面采取措施培育其产业承接力。     

皖江城市带物流业发展对策分析

随着安徽皖江城市带的设立和承接产业转移战略的提出,安徽省的产业经济和城市群的发展迎来了新的机遇,而作为承接产业转移的基础支撑现代物流业,也将会面临新的发展机遇和挑战,必将会给皖江示范区域内的现代物流业提出新的要求.文章在产业转移的背景下,首先概述了皖江城市带的情况,然后对皖江城市带示范区的物流发展现状和存在的问题进行分析,涉及到了产业转移理论以及与区域物流发展之间的效应等诸多理论,最后在承接产业转移的角度下给皖江物流业提出相关的发展对策,提出皖江物流可以通过在基础设施、人才、服务等方面提高竞争力.     

基于DEA模型的皖江城市带物流效率及价值创造能力提升研究

运用DEA指数分析方法,对2005-2014年期间皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区的区域及各城市物流效率变化状况进行测度和评价。通过示范区战略实施前后一定时间阶段的城市物流的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率进行物流效率的比较分析,阐明示范区战略对区域物流效率以及物流价值创造能力的影响。结合皖江城市带物流业的发展环境,提出皖江城市带的物流效率与价值创造能力提升的路径,目的在于提高皖江城市带的物流发展水平。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
