个人收入的民族差异及成因探究

我国的个人收入存在民族差异,少数民族的个人收入与汉族相比存在较大的差距。这一差异的原因应该从个人体制资本和人力资本的民族差异中去寻找。要消除个人收入的民族差异现象,一方面要破除少数民族职业进入的体制、风俗和心理等障碍,支持与鼓励他们进入一些个人收入相对较高的单位类型;另一方面要大力发展少数民族的教育,提高少数民族的文化程度,扩充少数民族的人力资本。

古树名木是旅游资源开发的重要组成部分 ,是特殊的自然景观和人文景观。作者通过对宜州古树名木的种类、数量、分布以及当地群众对古树名木所持的态度等情况进行深入的调查研究 ,指出宜州古树名木保护的必要性和重要意义 ,并提出保护古树名木 ,促进宜州旅游经济发展的若干对策和措施。     

PERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN EDUCATION AND TEACHING: A VIRTUE ETHICAL PERSPECTIVE

ABSTRACT:  This paper sets out to explore apparent contradictions between claims or assumptions to the effect that: (i) teaching is a profession; (ii) good teaching involves the cultivation of positive personal relationships with pupils; (iii) professional relationships should be of an essentially formal or impersonal nature. It is argued that the very real contradictions to which teaching as a professional occupation is prone are a function of fundamental tension between the essentially deontic character of professional principle and regulation, and the inherently 'virtue ethical' nature of teaching as a form of pre-theoretical and non-technical moral association. The paper concludes by identifying and offering some comment on three such areas of tension.     

安徽省篮球后备人才“学训”的现状分析与研究

后备人才的培养是竞技体育发展的关键所在,而影响后备人才发展的关键是后备人才的学习和训练问题。文章采用了文献资料法、专家访问法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法等多种研究方法,对安徽省篮球后备人才的学习与训练方面进行了深入细致的调查与分析,从而为解决篮球后备人才的"学训"问题提供建议,并为安徽省体育主管部门制定政策和科学决策提供现实与理论依据,为我国篮球后备人才的健康发展提供参考。     

ASSESSING CHANGES IN ATTITUDES ABOUT AGING: PERSONAL REFLECTIONS AND A STANDARDIZED MEASURE

Research has shown that learning more about successful aging and the aging process can be reflected in positive attitudinal change. Further,individuals having frequent contact with older adults generally have more positive attitudes. The purpose of the present study was to assess attitudinal change in two gerontology courses, one sophomore and one senior-level, using two methods of measurement: a standardized measure, the Aging Semantic Differential (ASD) and self-reported beliefs about older adults. A secondary goal was to facilitate meaningful interaction by requiring students to conduct a structured life-history interview with an older adult. The sample consisted of 55 students with a mean age of 27. Students completed the ASD and the self-reports at the beginning of the semester and after completing their interviews. Students also were asked to reflect upon any changes in attitude over the time period between assessments. In both classes, results of repeated measures MANOVA on the ASD indicated significant positive attitudinal change from pretest to posttest. Content analysis of self-reported beliefs provided converging validation. While students indicated classroom activities as important for attitudinal development, many specifically cited the interview activity as an influential and valuable experience.
