ARCS动机模式理论对动机和自主学习能力的激励和保持有深远的影响。根据开放学员英语学习的具体情况,结合学习需求分析,以ARCS动机模式中的注意(Attention)、切身性(Relevance)、自信(confidence)以及满足感(Satisfaction)四要素为基础,对相应的动机和自主学习的激发和维持策略进行了初步探讨,发现开放学员英语自主学习能力可以通过ARCS这一理论得到有效的改善和提高。     

ARCS模型视角下网络学习反馈设计

精心设计的网络学习反馈对于激发网络学习者的学习动机、帮助网络学习者及时调整自己的学习过程与状态,从而最终提升网络学习绩效有着重要的作用.区别于其它动机理论或模型,ARCS动机模型不但重视动机的激发,更重视动机的维持,对于网络学习反馈设计有着重要的指导意义.基于对ARCS模型内涵的理解,本文讨论ARCS模型视角下网络学习反馈目标设计——包括学习动机激发、学习过程优化以及学习满意度的提升;网络学习反馈类型设计——包括描述性反馈、评价性反馈、建议性反馈与指导性反馈;以及网络学习反馈策略设计——包括反馈主体界定、反馈对象选择、反馈方式设计.     

基于MVP理论的CAI教学设计初探

本文针对CAI在实际应用中存在的不足,依据MVP理论的指导,认为在进行CAI教学设计时,应增加考虑学生的动机、意志、成绩因素,并设计了相应的动机策略、意志策略、成绩策略。

ARCS动机模型在《交通工程学基础》课教学中的应用

本研究以ARCS动机模型作为理论基础,尝试从教学实践出发,针对高校学生的心理特点和《交通工程学基础》课程教材内容的特点,将ARCS动机模型中的各项动机要素整合于《交通工程学基础》课堂教学中。本研究设置了实验班和对照班,将ARCS动机模型在实验班进行应用,然后采用学习动机调查问卷表在动机策略实施前后,对两个班的学生学习情况进行了调查。最后采用SPSS11.5数理统计软件对问卷调查结果进行T—检验,以验证实施ARCS教学策略进行教学前后实验班学生的学习动机是否具有显著差异。通过比较分析实施动机策略进行教学前后实验班课堂教学效果,以及学生的动机情感(包括:注意、相关性、自信心、满意等四个层面)的变化,得出结论:ARCS动机激励模型在《交通工程学基础》课教学中的应用能一定程度地提高学生的学习动机,激发学生的学习热情。     

ARCS模式应用于高校教师多媒体教学设备技能培训的探究

文章针对四川外语学院教师多媒体教室和实验室的教学设备技能培训项目中出现的现实问题,教育技术中心提出了将ARCS动机设计模式应用于高校教师多媒体教学设备培训项目。并在此模式的四个阶段(分析动机问题、设计动机策略、执行策略以及评价策略执行的效果)的流程指导下,结合本校实际情况整理出了每个阶段可操作性的实施策略,以及从ARCS理论的注意力、相关性、信心和满意度四个因素激发学员学习动机的途径和方法。在项目的具体实践中取得了良好的成效。

本研究以美国学者约翰·凯勒提出的ARCS动机模型作为理论指导,针对当前中学多媒体课件设计难以引起学生的学习兴趣,不能有效的激发学生学习动机的问题,提出了如何在中学多媒体课件设计中应用ARCS动机模型的注意、相关性、自信和满足感四个动机策略激发和维持学生学习课件的能动性,提高他们的学习动机进行了研究和探讨。
