我国教育投资和经济增长关系的实证分析

近年来,“教育产业化”已成为一个热门话题。对此,教育界、经济学家、政府官员等社会各界人士仁者见仁、智者见智,有学者提出用教育促进消费、拉动内需、推动经济发展的观点。然而,教育投资与经济增长的关系究竞如何呢？针对这一问题,笔者建立了一系列统计模型进行实证分析,并得出短期内扩大教育投资对经济增长不产生作用的这一结论：     

采用流量权重系数法推求断面平均含沙量的应用分析

采用流量权重系数法推求断面平均含沙量法在长江干流水文站已应用,其原理源于部分流量加权法。通过对测站历年实测资料的分析计算,得到各取样垂线间的部分流量权重系数,如能满足规范的精度要求,则无须在悬移质输沙率测验中同步测流。利用垂线平均含沙量与垂线间部分流量权重系数的计算即可得到断面平均含沙量。运用此法能快速完成悬移质输沙率测验,减少流量测次,大幅降低生产成本,更能完整地掌握好含沙量测验过程,提高沙峰测验能力。     

Alternative vocabularies in the test validity literature

Justification of testing practice involves moving from one state of knowledge about the test to another. Theories of test validity can (a) focus on the beginning of the process, (b) focus on the end or (c) encompass the entire process. Analyses of four case studies test and illustrate three claims: (a) restrictions on validity entail a supplement required to obtain justification from validity. (b) Rationales for restrictions assume particular contexts. (c) Claims can be translated between contrasting vocabularies. Implications for consumers of test validity theory include encouragement to focus on content instead of form and to write and read mindfully of the multiplicity of validity vocabularies. Implications for producers of test validity theory include encouragement to consider multiple reconstructions of a particular theory of test validity, clearly distinguish validity theories from validity definitions, and focus on contributing arguments that constrain possible theories rather than contributing definitions or broad frameworks.     

A Specification—Based Case Study from Test Class Framework

Testing is a standard method for verification of software performance.Producing efficinet and appropriate test case is an important aspect in testing.Specification-based testing presents a method to derive test data from software specification.Because of the precision and concision of specification.the test data derived from specification can test the software efficiently and entirely.This paper demonstrates a test class framework(TCF) on a file reading case study,specifiec using Z notation,This class framework defines test case sets,providing structure to the testing process.Flexbility is preserved so that many testing strategies can be used.

普通话水平测试的科学性和权威性取决于测试的质量。信度是评估语言测试质量的主要指标之一,试卷编制是语言测试信度的基础和保障。通过分析普通话水平测试试卷构成的要求,对各种题型的信度进行了较为深入细致的研究,对试卷编制中存在的问题提出了一些改进意见,旨在促进普通话水平测试工作健康有序开展。     

重卡轮毂轴承试验机试验单元研制

为更好配合最新研制的重卡轮毂轴承试验机进行相关试验,针对集成化重卡轮毂轴承单元的结构特点,研制一款与试验机主轴和集成化重卡轮毂轴承单元相匹配的试验单元.通过对试验单元相关结构进行分析,并在试验单元上增加轴承内部温度采集传感器的设计,最后通过匹配进行耐久性试验.结果显示,该匹配试验单元能够准确采集到试验轴承的内部温度,具有可靠性和可行性,可应用于实际集成化重卡轮毂轴承单元的试验检测.     

基于SIP的VoIP软终端自动测试方法

VoIP系统已经成为商业应用中重要的一部分,为了促进VoIP应用的健壮性发展,需要一种可以有效检测其安全漏洞的自动安全测试工具。本文提出了一种基于模糊测试的框架,用于检测基于SIP的VoIP软电话安全漏洞。该框架可以自动与软电话用户界面进行交互,并且可以观察软电话的用户界面来检测错误信息。实验证明提出的框架可以检测出以前没有发现的一些漏洞。     

Likelihood-Based Confidence Intervals for a Parameter With an Upper or Lower Bound

The precision of estimates in many statistical models can be expressed by a confidence interval (CI). CIs based on standard errors (SEs) are common in practice, but likelihood-based CIs are worth consideration. In comparison to SEs, likelihood-based CIs are typically more difficult to estimate, but are more robust to model (re)parameterization. In latent variable models, some parameters might take on values outside of their interpretable range. Therefore, it is desirable to place a bound to keep the parameter interpretable. For likelihood-based CI, a correction is needed when a parameter is bounded. The correction is known (Wu & Neale, 2012), but is difficult to implement in practice. A novel automatic implementation that is simple for an applied researcher to use is introduced. A simulation study demonstrates the accuracy of the correction using a latent growth curve model and the method is illustrated with a multilevel confirmatory factor analysis.

Using Johnson's Transformation With Approximate Test Statistics for the Simple Regression Slope Homogeneity

The authors used Johnson's transformation with approximate test statistics to test the homogeneity of simple linear regression slopes when both x_ij and x_ij may have nonnormal distributions and there is Type I heteroscedasticity, Type II heteroscedasticity, or complete heteroscedasticity. The test statistic t was first transformed by Johnson's method for each group to correct the nonnormality and to correct the heteroscedasticity; also an approximate test, such as the Welch test or the DeShon-Alexander test, was applied to test the homogeneity of the regression slopes. Computer simulations showed that the proposed technique can control Type I error rate under various circumstances. Finally, the authors provide an example to demonstrate the calculation.     

基于改进遗传算法的自动组卷算法研究

在在线考试自动组卷中,为了避免简单遗传算法收敛速度慢及早熟收敛的问题,提出了基于实数编码、分段交叉、有条件生成初始种群的改进遗传算法。实践表明,改进的遗传算法能更好地解决自动组卷问题,具有较好的实用性。     

学生评教成绩与教师教学质量之间的关系研究

本文应用秩检验以及中位数检验对学生评教成绩与学生考试成绩之间的关系进行了研究,并分析了评教成绩与评教指标之间的关系,得到教师的学生评教成绩与学生考试成绩之间存在显著的正线性相关关系,从而否定了部分教师因害怕影响评教得分而采取放任学生的做法.     

英语成绩测试问题探究

英语期末成绩考试是高校教学过程中的一个重要环节。然而，长期以来我们较少关注这类考试的结果的分析。本文讨论了成绩考试的反馈和激励功能、现代测试理论对语言测试质量的要求，以及定量分析试卷科学解释考试结果的必要性，并参照既定的理论标准提出了具体分析方法、对策以提高英语成绩考试试卷的命题质量。     

基于世界大学城云平台的大学英语口语测试模式研究

结合高职大学英语口语测试实践,探索了利用世界大学城云平台创造的一种新型英语口语测试模式,并结合交际语言测试理论论证了其实用性。可以说,该模式在英语口语测试领域将具有广泛的适用性。     

聋童智力研究述评

在早期,人们普遍认为聋童获取信息的听觉渠道的损伤,会使其语言活动受到限制,造成儿童智力发展水平低下。但后来的研究发现,智力机能是独立于语言的,因此耳聋并不能直接导致智力发展的落后。一系列研究表明,聋童非言语智力测验的成绩与健听儿童大致相等,使用手语的聋童在各种视觉空间任务上显示出优于健听儿童的能力;聋童智力测验的结果和测验工具、测验实施方式有关;遗传、社会、教育等因素也对聋童的智力发展产生影响。     

Validity and Reliability of an English Test Paper in Junior Middle School

Test plays an important role in our lives in that it can cause backwash towards our teaching and learning.Thus the pur pose of the present study is to examine the quality of an English test paper in a junior middle school of Urumqi according to the language test theories.Through the data collection and analyses,the results indicate that the test paper is a medium-level test and the reliability is suitable.From the correlation analysis,we can see that each part has a high correlation value to the total,indicat ing that all of them contribute to generate language proficiency.     

语言测试调适的策略

根据语言教学和测试的相互关系,语言测试包括五方面的基本类型:水平测试、能力倾向测试、技巧测试、判断测试、综合性测试.如果能正确地使用这五种不同形式的语言测试,就能够提高外语学习水平,最后能达到语言交际的目的.     

高校考试改革与大学生创新能力的培养

高校考试是高等教育的重要评价手段，它也可以成为大学生创新能力的有效评价手段，但由于目前我国高校考试在考试内容、考试形式及考试安排等方面的不合理，考试结构不能满足创新能力的考核要求，使高校考试难以评价大学生的创新能力。因此，在考试改革的具体措施中，考试内容结构应突出对创新能力的考核，增加平时考核发挥考试的诊断性功能，改变考试形式，建立科学的评价体系。     

视听测试中考生观看行为影响因素的实证研究

引入视频是大学英语考试提高测试效度的一次尝试,但考生是否观看视频直接影响到测试效度是否得到提升。通过分析答题时考生眼部录像、考后问卷和访谈数据,本研究发现考生在完成选择题时会看视频,而完成填空题时则基本不看。进一步分析完成选择题时考生的眼球运动,发现题目设计和音视频特征等多种因素影响考生观看视频。最后,研究者通过分析问卷和访谈数据,总结出考生具体观看的视频信息种类及其作用。
