隐性知识管理--职业教育教学论探索的新视野

无论是教育内容所传授的知识类型,还是教育对象所具有的智力类型,比较"复杂"的就业导向的职业教育教学论,在理念、模式、方法等诸领域,与经典的重在"育人"本身而无具体明确的"职业目标"的教育,即比较"单纯"的普通教育的学说之间存在很大差异.文章从管理科学关于知识管理的观点,提出以"隐性知识管理"为基础来构建职业教育教学论,提出了传统意义上的普通教育学和教学论侧重于对显性知识的管理,而职业教育学和教学论则侧重于对隐性知识的管理的新观点,这为探求"普职"差异并为寻求解决差异的手段及其理论依据--职业教育教学论的研究,拓展了新视野.

建构主义理论的视域：高师公共教育学新思维
