美国快餐

美国人用餐讲究效率和方便,所以近年来方便食品日益增多,五花八门,名目繁多。快餐食品泛称为fast food,而出售此等食品的店则叫fastfoods shop或snack shop,snackshop应叫小食店,但今天很多的snack shop都出售fastfoods,故也可称为快餐店。快餐店一般在街头巷尾比较窄小的地方,顾客多了便容不下,不少人都把食品带往其他地方享用。因此,快餐食品又可称为take-awayfood或take-outfood。汉堡包和热狗是街头巷尾出售的大众化食品。汉堡包源出于德国的汉堡市(H am burg),因此当地厨师善于制作一种用碎牛肉做成的圆饼,味道鲜美称为ham burg steak…
