二语学习者句法歧义句加工研究

歧义现象在语言中普遍存在,主要表现在词汇、句法和语义等多方面。歧义句的加工研究能验证语言加工机制,促进语言学习。二语句法歧义句的加工研究使得学习者关注母语引发歧义的同时更加注意二语习得过程中的句子加工机制,以此调整句法结构来促进语言理解。研究发现,母语学习者句法歧义句的加工机制和二语学习者句法歧义句的加工机制之间存在差异。此外,句法结构、工作记忆容量和语义关联性等都会影响二语句法歧义句的加工和认知方式。     

二语写作句法复杂性发展指标研究现状

句法复杂性是二语写作中句法的复杂程度和变化程度,它是衡量二语写作质量的主要指标之一。通过综述对比国内外用于衡量二语写作句法复杂性发展情况的相关参数、量化指标、研究成果,发现该领域的研究仍存在许多问题:语言发展指标的分类和使用比较混乱;句法复杂性测量指标的计算;哪些指标能有效区分学习者语言发展水平;各指标之间的关系;指标的效度问题。

英语写作能力作为外语教学的核心目标,是衡量学习者第二语言能力的重要标准之一。本文根据研究对象,将句法复杂性的实证研究分为两大类,即关于大学英语第二语言学习者的研究和关于高级英语第二语言学习者的研究。在每个类别下,它们可以各自再分两个类别。具体而言,对大学英语二语学习者的研究包括跟踪和比较学习者语法复杂性随时间的发展的纵向研究,以及关于可能影响二语写作中句法复杂性的变量的研究。对高级英语第二语言学习者的研究包括对其学术写作的句法复杂性的研究和学术写作的短语复杂性的研究。本文的目的是帮助相关学者们了解句法复杂性研究的主要方法。     

大学生英语写作中的句法复杂性研究

为检验二语学习者写作中的句法复杂性是否随二语水平的提高而变化,系统分析120篇英语论说文中的句法特征。研究发现：写作单位的长度和频数与学期水平密切相关;非英语专业大学生同样经历着从并列句到子句的过渡;句子类型使用上,简单句使用过多。句法复杂性与作文质量显著正相关,对写作教学和作文评分具有一定的启示意义。     

市场营销英语学习者语料库句法与语篇特征研究

基于自建的市场营销英语学习者语料库和专家语料库,利用各种文本自动分析工具和统计软件对比分析两个语料库在句法和语篇方面的特征,揭示两者在语言运用和文本质量方面的差异。研究结果显示:从句法层面来看,学习者语料库句法单位较长,但是句子的复杂性和多样性显著低于专家语料库;从语篇衔接和连贯性来看,学习者的连接词特别是增补连接词使用的频数总体偏高,语义衔接方面与专家相比仍有很大的差距。
