加强交换资料的管理

１问题的提出文献资料交换是指图书馆之间，以及图书馆与其它文献信息单位之间，直接开展交换或通过协调机构间接开展交换，达到互通有无，调剂余缺，丰富馆藏的目的。文献资料交换是补充馆藏的传统方法之一，也是馆际协作的一种形式。长期以来，由于交换的文献资料较订购的文献资料量小，无经济帐目的往来，人们对文献资料交换工作不够重视，特别需要指出的是，文献资料交换还存在着许多问题。如：交换的对口性差；交换的对等性差；交换的速度慢、连续性差；交换的质量差；交换资料的开发、利用差等，这种状况亟待改变。２解决问题的对策用…
