对14、17和20岁青少年理想身体自我的研究发现，我国青少年理想身体自我是多维度的，有明显的性别差异。对男性理想身体，女性更喜欢性感和相貌因素，男性更看重力量因素；对于女性理想身体，男性更重视性感因素，女性更重视相貌因素。随年龄增长．青少年越来越看重性感因素，对男性身体越来越强调力量因素和一般魅力因素，对女性身体越来越强调相貌因素。体型指数BMI对青少年女性理想身体偏好有显著影响。     

塔吉克族13～17岁女生身体形态的测量与研究

为了全面了解塔吉克族学生的体质健康状况，采用调查测试法和文献资料法，对中国新疆塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县的600名13～17岁的塔吉克族学生的部分身体形态、机能、素质指标进行了调查，着重对调查所涉及的塔吉克族13～17岁女生的身体形态的有关的身高、体重、胸围3项指标和由这3项指标所派生出的体重／身高、胸围／身高等数据资料进行统计学分析和对比研究，提出了应该加强塔吉克族女中学生的体育锻炼意识教育，使他们逐步养成终身体育锻炼的习惯．同时提出了加强和改进塔吉克族学校体育工作的具体建议．     

东北秧歌和健身快走与老年人身体自尊的关系

本文探讨了东北秧歌和健身快走与老年人身体自尊的关系,通过调查、访谈等方法对锻炼形式、锻炼参与等级、锻炼负荷进行对比,研究发现东北秧歌与健身快走两种锻炼形式对老年人身体自尊的促进作用,两者的锻炼负荷都对老年人身体自尊有着一定的影响,锻炼负荷不同对老年人身体自尊的影响也不同。     

对当代少年儿童发育不全问题的调查分析

笔者参加了北京体育大学在20世纪80年代和90年代开展的6～18岁“少年儿童生长发育的纵向追踪调查”研究，研究结论表明：6岁时是高个子，18岁时也是高个子，6岁时是矮个子，18岁时也是矮个子；6岁时跑得快，18岁时也跑的快，6岁时跑的慢，18岁时也跑的慢。这说明0～6岁期间的身体形态、机能、素质的发展与成年时成高度正相关，因为6岁儿童的身体形态、机能、

以2005年上海市国民体质监测数据库中11407条20～39岁成年人数据为对象,运用关联规则数据挖掘技术,对市民身体形态、机能和素质中的21项重要体质指标进行了处理和分析,从中得到了一些体质指标关系:肺活量小则握力小、纵跳成绩差,肺活量大则反应速度快;握力小则身体平衡能力较差;握力与身体肥胖程度呈近似反比关系.     

大同市老年人血液相关指标健康状况的调查分析——以矿区“红歌协会”男性成员为例

目的探讨运动对老年人身体机能及部分血液指标的影响,为改善老年人身体状况提供科学的依据。方法通过分组实验,测定运动组与非运动组老年男性血压、肺活量、血脂、血常规、血流变等相关指标进行比较。结论长期坚持运动有助于改善老年人身体状况,有效降低老年人出现心血管疾病机率。     

乐清市寄宿学校与走读学校9～11岁儿童身体形态的调研

身体形态是评价学生体质健康标准一个重要指标。对乐清市部分寄宿制学校及走读学校9～11岁学生身体形态及其相关因素进行抽样调查，对调查结果进行统计分析，从中发现问题进行研究，提出改善措施。     

亚洲国家不同人群身体活动现状分析

为了了解亚洲国家人群身体活动的现状及特点;通过google学术、Springer Link全文数据库、中国学术期刊网,以"physical activity,Asian,adult,older,leisure time,adolescents"为关键词单独或组合进行检索相关的文献,并对文献进行整合和数据分析,对亚洲国家不同年龄阶段人群的身体活动状况进行分析,结果显示亚洲国家人群总体呈现身体活动不能达到WHO建议的保持健康的最低标准;在身体活动的不同组成部分中,工作和家务劳动是构成亚洲人身体活动的主要部分,而休闲时间的身体活动呈现明显不足;世界范围内随着年龄的增长身体活动呈下降趋势,而亚洲人群年龄在50~65岁之间老年人的身体活动明显高于这一年龄段的欧美国家的人群;而中青年人的身体活动明显低于世界同等水平.
