教育考试机构的命题专业化建设既是教育改革的客观要求,也是考试机构自身发展的迫切需要。从发展趋势看,要顺应时代的要求由经验化命题走向专业化命题,将命题组织模式由会议式命题转向题库式命题,将人员角色定位由命题教师主导转向学科秘书主导,将专业能力建设由偏重学科背景走向偏重评估背景。
