转型期消逝的记忆符号

1978年,中国改革开放元年。大多数中国人第一次听说了“市场经济”这个词,第一次被鼓励去追逐财富,而且获得了“让一部分人先富起来”的具体目标。社会价值观念和社会机遇的变迁,强烈冲击着人们的固有思维。     

MLA certification: the certification program and education for medical librarianship

The certification program was formally adopted by the Medical Library Association in 1948 in an attempt to establish standards for medical librarians. The program is reviewed, and some of its effects on education for medical librarians are discussed. At the time of its adoption the program defined the kind of education librarians in the field thought necessary for work in medical libraries. New techniques and a shortage of personnel demand consideration of new educational programs, and the Medical Library Assistance Act will provide the means for their establishment. The Association should assume leadership in determining what and where these programs should be and should evaluate its certification and standards programs as often as current needs require.

Influences of television: Views from the next generation

This study examines sixth through tenth graders’ open‐ended responses to television's influences on their lives. Results suggest that there is little evidence of clearcut positive or negative interpretations of the medium's influences. Students identified a wide variety of both positive and negative effects of the medium, demonstrating a multifaceted understanding of the role of the medium.     

徐志摩在沪江大学的“天籁”岁月

1915年夏,18岁的徐志摩考入沪江大学.同年10月,还是沪江学生的徐志摩由家庭包办,与上海宝山县罗店巨富张润之之女张幼仪结婚.或许因为对婚姻的不满,或许因为忍受不了教会学校严格的条规,第二年秋,徐志摩和吴经熊一起转往天津北洋大学,后又辗转到北京大学,并从那里漂洋过海,开始了在欧美的留学生涯. 短短几年间,徐志摩凭借自身的敏学上进、富足家境和机缘巧合,辗转于沪江大学——北洋大学——北京大学,最后远走高飞,留学美国马萨诸塞州克拉克大学.几乎每一次的停留,他都是轻轻地来,轻轻地走,就像他那首著名的《再别康桥》中脍炙人口的经典诗句"轻轻的我走了,正如我轻轻的来".或许,徐志摩短暂而精彩一生中那烂漫的文人气息和他早年这样的经历不无关系.     

追忆外籍将军洪水的最后三年

洪水（1906—1956）原名武元博。生于越南河内一个地主家庭。15岁考入师范学校,17岁赴法游学时结识胡志明．1924年到广州加入越南青年革命同志会。1926年入黄埔军校第四期,翌年加入中国共产党,曾参加广州起义。1929年参加中国工农红军并改名洪水。
