含有“赤色”义的“非”声符字解析

以“非”为声符的字,有的具有“飞”义;有的具有“违背”义;有的具有“交错”义;有的具有“成双成对”义;有的具有“隐藏”义;有的具有“赤色”义.本文首先引用《说文解字》系列文献解析了《说文解字》中收录的含有“赤色”义的“非”声符字“翡、痱、菲、绯”.其次,引用梁启超、沈兼士、张舜徽等学者的论述,探析了“非”声符字含有“赤色”义的来源应是：“其语根当为火,语转为燬,本书火部‘燬,火也.’非毁古声通.火之色赤,故翡从非声,训赤羽雀也.”又,“勿”具有“杂色”义,非、勿读音相近,音转,同音假借义,非、勿共有“赤色”义.最后,解析了《汉语大字典》中收录的《说文》以外的含有“赤色”义的“非”声符字.     

《诗经·大雅·生民》“居然”义考索

《诗经·大雅·生民》第二章“以赫厥灵,上帝不宁,不康禋祀,居然生子”一句中的“居然”之义,历来众说纷纭,莫衷一是。从本诗所反映的意旨、上下文关系、“居”字字形演变以及词义发展来看,此“居然”非“居然（竟然）”、“徒然”、“居处”或“胡然”、“其是”等义,当为“安然”之义。     

《伶官传序》注释指瑕

人教版高中《语文》第三册《伶官传序》一文中有“智勇多困于所溺”一句,课本注释:“所溺,所溺爱的事物。”笔者以为此注不妥。“溺爱”意为“过分宠爱(自己的孩子)”,适用于人,不适用于事物。《辞海》指出“溺”有“沉湎无节制”之义,如《晋书·宣帝纪》:“故知贪于近者则遗远,溺于利者则伤名。”笔者认为,“智勇多困于所溺”的“溺”也是此义,全句可译为“人的才智勇气往往受他所沉湎的事物的困扰”。     

释罔两

“罔两”一词历来向有“无据依”、“景外微阴”及“精怪”三义。“无据依”之义最早见于《楚辞章句》，然王逸之说有未安处。文章通过对传统三义的探析，论证罔两尚有“恍惚”之义，《楚辞》“罔两”即同于“恍惚”；而四义之间看似无关，实则皆源于此词的字面解释——“非二”。     

从《论语》《孟子》《韩非子》看“问”的用法的演变

询问义动词“问”在《论语》、《孟子》和《韩非子》中 ,与其所问事件及对象的组合形式有 6种 ,但只有“问 事件”“问 对象”和“问 对象 事件”三种形式沿用至今。这是询问义动词“问”的语义特征作用的结果     

“所”字词义误增的否定清理

[捌]裴书率先释为近指代词。《吕览·审应》:“齐亡地而王加膳,所非兼爱之心也”。按,高诱注:“‘所非’疑是‘此非’。”即认为所字本误,不认为有近指代词之义(参见后文叙假设连词义)。     

释“义”为“理当”准确吗?

《公输》篇有:“吾义固不杀人.”句,课文注:义,理当.我认为不确.①《说文》释“义”为“已之威严也.”《辞海》中有“正义”一解.《古汉语常用字字典》中有“合宜的道德、行为或道理”解.“义”虽有多种释义,但都没有解作副词“理当”的义项.②如果“义”作“理当”解,就与“固”的本意(本来、本当)造成语意重复,全句     

解析《汉语大字典》中的"奄"族字

据形、音、义皆备的、具有分化孳乳能力的母文表义这一思路,把《汉语大字典》中收录的60几个“奄”族字加以剖析,分成具有“大”义、“覆盖、蔽藏”义、“覆盖、遮蔽、盛装物体的东西”义、“相及、相合、比长短”义、“不明、黑、污浊、肮脏”义、“疲乏、病”义、“急遽、忽然”义、“不奢侈”义这几组同一母文(右文)而古音相同、相近,意义相通的字,简析这些字的意义与其母文及其外化符号有密切的关系,并把《汉语大字典》所收录的这60几个“奄”族字与母文的关系用表示意于文末。
