A survey towards an integration of big data analytics to big insights for value-creation

Big Data Analytics (BDA) is increasingly becoming a trending practice that generates an enormous amount of data and provides a new opportunity that is helpful in relevant decision-making. The developments in Big Data Analytics provide a new paradigm and solutions for big data sources, storage, and advanced analytics. The BDA provide a nuanced view of big data development, and insights on how it can truly create value for firm and customer. This article presents a comprehensive, well-informed examination, and realistic analysis of deploying big data analytics successfully in companies. It provides an overview of the architecture of BDA including six components, namely: (i) data generation, (ii) data acquisition, (iii) data storage, (iv) advanced data analytics, (v) data visualization, and (vi) decision-making for value-creation. In this paper, seven V's characteristics of BDA namely Volume, Velocity, Variety, Valence, Veracity, Variability, and Value are explored. The various big data analytics tools, techniques and technologies have been described. Furthermore, it presents a methodical analysis for the usage of Big Data Analytics in various applications such as agriculture, healthcare, cyber security, and smart city. This paper also highlights the previous research, challenges, current status, and future directions of big data analytics for various application platforms. This overview highlights three issues, namely (i) concepts, characteristics and processing paradigms of Big Data Analytics; (ii) the state-of-the-art framework for decision-making in BDA for companies to insight value-creation; and (iii) the current challenges of Big Data Analytics as well as possible future directions.     

资源型城市产业结构调整存在的约束因素与对策研究

由于资源型城市是依托资源的开发而形成和发展的，对资源产业的深度依赖，造成城市在发展中存在政企不分、结构单一、环境污染严重等问题。针对上述问题，主要从体制改革，产业结构由单一化向多元化转变，吸收资金、技术、人才，创建优良环境，加强区际联系等方面提出进行产业结构调整的对策建议。     

土地利用调查与变更数据采集系统的研究

针对传统的土地利用调查内外业不能一体化的问题,研究了一种基于Windows Mobile系统的PDA的土地利用调查与变更方法,该方法能够完成变化图斑的属性核查、对土地利用与变更的数据进行采集、实时或准实时地对土地利用现状图进行修改和编辑,并通过无线网络,将更新过的土地利用现状图上传到土地利用数据库,实现了土地利用调查的内外业一体化。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。     

A survey of underwater welding techniques

Although the technique of welding was reputedly known to the Romans it was not effectively used as a constructional method until the turn of the last century and it was not applied to large structures — such as bridges, ships, and steel-framed buildings — until the 1930s. Since mid-century the large-scale exploitation of undersea gas and oil deposits, involving the repair of much submerged steelwork under conditions quite different from those on the surface, has demanded the development of quite new welding techniques.     

A comprehensive survey of arabic sentiment analysis

Sentiment analysis (SA) is a continuing field of research that lies at the intersection of many fields such as data mining, natural language processing and machine learning. It is concerned with the automatic extraction of opinions conveyed in a certain text. Due to its vast applications, many studies have been conducted in the area of SA especially on English texts, while other languages such as Arabic received less attention. This survey presents a comprehensive overview of the works done so far on Arabic SA (ASA). The survey groups published papers based on the SA-related problems they address and tries to identify the gaps in the current literature laying foundation for future studies in this field.

随着市场竞争的加剧,企业越来越倾向于通过建立战略联盟来提升竞争优势,但是,战略联盟的失败率一直很高,如何保证战略联盟的发展就成为了研究重点,其中,战略联盟中的信任问题得到了越来越多学者的重视.在分析战略联盟信任问题提出的基础上,对战略联盟中信任问题的研究现状进行了综述,最后,提出了未来研究方向,希望本文能够为战略联盟的信任问题研究提供一定的借鉴.     

A survey on evaluation of summarization methods

The increasing volume of textual information on any topic requires its compression to allow humans to digest it. This implies detecting the most important information and condensing it. These challenges have led to new developments in the area of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Information Retrieval (IR) such as narrative summarization and evaluation methodologies for narrative extraction. Despite some progress over recent years with several solutions for information extraction and text summarization, the problems of generating consistent narrative summaries and evaluating them are still unresolved. With regard to evaluation, manual assessment is expensive, subjective and not applicable in real time or to large collections. Moreover, it does not provide re-usable benchmarks. Nevertheless, commonly used metrics for summary evaluation still imply substantial human effort since they require a comparison of candidate summaries with a set of reference summaries. The contributions of this paper are three-fold. First, we provide a comprehensive overview of existing metrics for summary evaluation. We discuss several limitations of existing frameworks for summary evaluation. Second, we introduce an automatic framework for the evaluation of metrics that does not require any human annotation. Finally, we evaluate the existing assessment metrics on a Wikipedia data set and a collection of scientific articles using this framework. Our findings show that the majority of existing metrics based on vocabulary overlap are not suitable for assessment based on comparison with a full text and we discuss this outcome.

关于GaN晶体生长助熔剂的研究

宽带隙半导体GaN材料在光电子等方面有重要应用,采用Li3N与Ca同时作为助熔剂的熔盐法,可在温和条件下生长毫米级的GaN块单晶为避免助熔剂之间发生副反应,通过研究不同条件下Li3N与Ca的反应,应用X射线衍射分析技术对产物进行物相鉴定,探讨反应机理并归纳出生成LiCaN的影响因素,从而为GaN生长提供指导。     

国外知识集成研究综述

本文对知识管理中的研究重点和热点———知识集成的概念、现状和发展趋势进行了综述。由于对知识集成本身的研究时间不长,因此无论是在理论和实践中都缺乏系统性的研究,形成了研究的丛林。本文通过详实的文献,阐述了知识集成的概念,分析了知识集成模型和机理,讨论了知识集成的途径、隐性知识获取等多个关键问题和主要进展。在此基础上,对今后主要的研究方向和重点问题进行了探讨。
