Narratives of quantum theory in the age of quantum technologies

Quantum technologies can be presented to the public with or without introducing a strange trait of quantum theory responsible for their non-classical efficiency. Traditionally the message was centered on the superposition principle, while entanglement and properties such as contextuality have been gaining ground recently. A less theoretical approach is focused on simple protocols that enable technological applications. It results in a pragmatic narrative built with the help of the resource paradigm and principle-based reconstructions. I discuss the advantages and weaknesses of these methods. To illustrate the importance of new metaphors beyond the Schrödinger cat, I briefly describe a non-mathematical narrative about entanglement that conveys an idea of some of its unusual properties. If quantum technologists are to succeed in building trust in their work, they ought to provoke an aesthetic perception in the public commensurable with the mathematical beauty of quantum theory experienced by the physicist. The power of the narrative method lies in its capacity to do so.     

Large-scale problem analysis and decomposition theory

The elements of a general theory of problems are introduced in this paper. The intuitive notions of problem reformulation and problem decomposition are given a precise mathematical meaning and then carefully discussed. In particular, the basic role played in Decomposition Theory by the feedback information structure is first pointed out and analysed in depth. Two main strategies, called “open-loop intrinsic function identification” and “search for balance in the feedback information set”, enable solving a general composite problem through the ordered and repeated solution of its component subproblems.

中国能源强度收敛性的理论与实证分析

首先结合内生增长模型,从理论上证明能源强度收敛性的存在;其次,采用我国2000—2012年相关数据,基于不同收敛模型的设定——σ收敛和β收敛模型,以及不同的估计方法——系统GMM和工具变量法,实证研究全国和高收入组、中收入组以及低收入组的能源强度收敛情况,研究得到如下结论:(1)从全国层面来看,我国能源强度存在σ收敛和β收敛;(2)从不同收入层面来看,高收入组、中收入组以及低收入组分别存在σ收敛和β收敛;(3)人均GDP、城市化水平、研发强度、能源价格是影响能源强度收敛的重要因素。     

税收征收管理中的博弈分析

应用博弈论的分析方法，在强调个人理性和集体理性矛盾的基础上研究了税收征收管理中的问题。建立相应的定量分析模型，分析了某些关键因素对参与人均衡行为的,基于分析结果，给出降低逃税现象，发生可能性的若干建议。     

国家科研资助的监督博弈分析

本文首先阐明了有效利用公共科研经费进行基础科学研究的重要意义以及利用公共科研经费进行公共研究的问题，然后通过引入博弈论的有关方法研究作为资助主体的国家和受资助主体的科研机构的互动作用，从而得出不同情形下的均衡解以及各因素如何影响主体行为的结论。     

高校图书馆信息生态位理论动态性分析

基于信息生态理论在图书情报领域的运用,提出高校图书馆信息生态位理论。并在分析其内涵、要素的基础上,对其动态性进行分析。     

软件业务外包的博弈分析

本文在委托人-代理人模型的基础上加入合同终止的子博弈环节,建立了一个适用于软件业务外包的四阶段动态博弈模型,分析了软件业务外包中涉及到的发包方和承包方在各阶段的选择决策条件,并本着"双赢"的原则给双方提出了一些建议。     

私营企业诚信问题博弈分析

由于私营企业自身存在的一些问题以及我国法律法规和制度的不健全,造成我国私营企业诚信缺失问题严重。利用博弈分析方法,概括了私营企业诚信缺失的原因,并提出提高私营企业诚信的相关对策。     

战略性贸易政策理论的经济分析

首先对战略性贸易政策理论的两个基本理论进行剖析,即利润转移理论和外部经济理论;其次,在这两个基本理论的基础上,指出战略性贸易政策理论近几年不断从各种领域进行扩展,主要有不完全信息和信息不对称、内生决定的产品耐久性、中间产品的引入、激励与竞争等;最后,提出中国在外贸发展战略上,可以借鉴地应用这一理论。     

Neutralization theory and online software piracy: An empirical analysis

Accompanying the explosive growth of information technology is the increasing frequency of antisocial and criminal behavior on the Internet. Online software piracy is one such behavior, and this study approaches the phenomenon through the theoretical framework of neutralization theory. The suitability and applicability of nine techniques of neutralization in determining the act is tested via logistic regression analyses on cross-sectional data collected from a sample of university students in the United States. Generally speaking, neutralization was found to be weakly related to experience with online software piracy; other elements which appear more salient are suggested and discussed in conclusion.     

劝导技术的中介理论分析与伦理问题研究

劝导技术作为新型的计算机应用技术被广泛使用于多个领域。在当前的研究中,技术哲学的中介理论将劝导技术看作是技术中介现象的具体表现形式,由此可以解释劝导结果具有不确定性的原因;在伦理层面,应对劝导技术可能导致操纵性与技术家长制等质疑,构建与修正了劝导技术设计中的内在道德评价框架,并将尊重被劝导者的个人意愿看作劝导伦理的起点,此外,对劝导理性的特点、劝导技术的信任问题,以及劝导技术是否限制了人的自由等都进行了讨论。
