研究了在聚乙烯醇 ( PVA)存在下 ,磷钼杂多蓝 -孔雀绿离子缔合物高灵敏分光光度法测定微量磷的方法 ,缔合物的最大吸收波长为 60 0 nm,摩尔吸光系数 ε为 2 .5× 10 5L.mol.cm-1,磷在 0～1.5 μg 2 5 ml含量范围内遵守朗伯 -比耳定律。相关系数为 0 .9975 ,回收率达到 98 7% ,应用本法对烟样中微量磷进行了测定 ,取得了令人满意的结果。     

催化分光光度法测定痕量钼

利用动力学分光光度法测定钼的方法并不多见[1—2]。本文提出了一种新的催化分光光度法测定痕量钼的方法。在酸性条件下,钼(VI)能催化氯酸钾氧化对硝酸基苯肼成偶氮离子继与变色酸偶联生成红色偶氮化合物(λ_(max)=515nm)。钼(VI)含量在0—0.06ug/ml范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,方法的表观摩尔吸光系数ε~1为1.1×10~6。应用于豆类植物中钼的测定,结果较满意。
