青年教师由于教龄短、经验少，所以缺乏进行教育科研的实践经验。进行教育科研关键在于“研”。只有“研”才能知不足，才能懂得学习和实践的重要性，才能不断提高教育教学质量。根据自己十多年来潜心参与教育科研工作的实践，并结合我校实际，谈谈校校青年教师进行教育科研工作的“三法”。
