在工作气压为1.9 Pa的氩氧气混合气氛中,改变氩氧的流量比和基片温度,采用射频反应磁控溅射法在不锈钢基片上制备了二氧化硅薄膜试样,并对薄膜的微观表面形貌和薄膜的亲水性进行表征.结果表明,在氩氧分压比为64和基片温度为90℃时制备的SiO2薄膜亲水性能最佳.  相似文献

A study of the behaviour of constructional cold-formed stainless steel beams at elevated temperatures was conducted in this paper. An accurate finite element model (FEM) for stainless steel beams was developed using the finite element program ABAQUS. Stainless steel beams having different cross-sections were simulated in this study. The nonlinear FEM was verified against the experimental results. Generally, the developed FEM could accurately simulate the stainless steel beams. Based on the high temperature stainless steel material test results, a parametric study was carried out on stainless steel beams at elevated temperatures using the verified FEM. Both high strength stainless steel EN 1.4462 and normal strength stainless steel EN 1.4301 were considered. A total of 42 stainless steel beams were simulated in the parametric study. The effect of temperatures on the behaviour of stainless steel beams was investigated. In addition, a limiting temperature for stainless steel beams was also proposed.  相似文献

双相不锈钢容器焊接的主要问题不在焊缝,而在热影响区.因为在焊接热循环作用下,热影响区处于快冷非平衡态,冷却后总是保留更多的铁素体,从而增大了腐蚀倾向和氢致裂纹(脆化)的敏感性.本文分析了双相不锈钢容器的焊接特点和焊接时常出现的问题,提出了焊接双相不锈钢容器的方法及工艺.  相似文献

This paper is focused on the structural behavior of the single shear bolted connections with thin-walled ferritic stainless steel.The purpose of this study is to investigate the ultimate behaviors,such as ultimate strength and fracture mode of the single shear bolted connections of thin-walled ferritic stainless steel(low cost steel) rather than austenitic stainless steel(high cost steel).Bolt arrangement and end distance parallel to the direction of applied load are considered as main variables of the test specimens for bolted connections.Specimens have a constant dimension of edge distance perpendicular to the loading direction,bolt diameter,pitch,and gauge.A monotonic tensile test for specimens has been carried out and some bolted connections with long end distance showed curling(out of plane deformation) occurrence which led to strength reduction.The ultimate behaviors such as fracture mode,ultimate strength are compared with those predicted by current design codes.Further,conditions of curling occurrence and the strength reduction due to curling are investigated and modified strength equations are suggested considering the curling effect.  相似文献

选择含氮节镍型QN2109Mo奥氏体不锈钢作为研究对象,采用XRD、TEM、SEM、EDS、摩擦磨损试验机和电化学工作站等检测手段,研究QN2109Mo不锈钢的组织结构、摩擦磨损性能以及耐腐蚀性能,并与316L不锈钢进行对比。实验结果表明:N原子主要以间隙固溶形式存在于QN2109Mo不锈钢中,对QN2109Mo不锈钢组织起到了细化作用,提高了QN2109Mo 不锈钢的硬度。在干摩擦状态下,QN2109Mo不锈钢的耐磨损性能优于316L不锈钢,其磨损机理为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损共同作用。在w(NaCl)为3.5%的溶液中,QN2109Mo不锈钢表现出比316L不锈钢更低的自腐蚀电流密度和更高的点蚀电位,具有更优异的耐NaCl 溶液腐蚀性能。  相似文献

The market of stainless electric steel kettles is growing significantly, but the main mechanism for polishing kettles via traditional handwork operations limits the growth of electric kettle manufacturing. Based on the successful multi-tool automatic polishing system for electric stainless steel kettles, regression analysis and orthogonal tests were employed to construct a polishing process model, with a purpose to improve the automatic polishing technology for electric stainless steel kettles. The model reveals the relationship between the surface roughness and processing parameters including gringding depth, abrasive tangent speed, workpiece rotating speed and axial feeding speed. Simulation and experimental results are in agreement,which shows that this modeling method is feasible in practice, and it can also be used as a guidance for planning automatic polishing process of electric stainless-steel kettles.  相似文献

本实验研究了以不锈钢片单独做阳极和以活性碳纤维毡片(+不锈钢)的复合阳极对TNT废水电解效果的影响,并对电解机理进行了初步的探讨。原废水的TNT浓度为70—90mg/L,COD约为290—340mg/L,PH为7.5—9。实验数据显示,当槽电压为10V,PH值为3,外加电解质Na2SO4lg/L,极板间距为4era,电流密度为15mA/em。,搅拌转速为260r/min,电解2h时,以活性碳纤维+不锈钢复合材料为阳极处理原废水,对TNT和COD的降解率分别为66.6%和55.5%,然而单独以不锈钢材料为阳极情况下,对TNT和COD的降解率仅为43.5%和24.7%。结果表明以活性碳纤维+不锈钢复合材料为阳极对TNT废水中的有机物的电解效果显著,对实际工程废水处理有一定的指导意义。  相似文献
