谈and连接动词或句子时的几种情况

并列连词 and 在连接两个动词或两个句子时,并非都是并列的概念,它含意丰富,可以表示几种不同的前后关系,应当引起英语学习者的关注。笔者将自己阅读观察到的句子进行了整理,大致有如下几种情况。1.表示并列关系。可译作“及”,“和”,“又”,“而”等,或是不必译出。例:I went to his house,and he went to mine.我去他家,他也来我家。I was in the playground and I heard some noise round the corner.我在操场上,听到角落里有谁在吵闹。
