基于师范生已有经验的《教育学》课程与教学

在教学过程中充分开发师范生已有教学经验，《教育学》能够实现三个方面的价值：检视师范生已有教学经验，帮助师范生树立正确的教学观；阐释教育理论，促进师范生更好地理解、运用教育教学理论；增进师范生《教育学》理论学习与教育实习之间的整合，减轻师范学习负担、提升师范生学习质量。然而传统上《教育学》课程与教学忽视师范生已有经验，片面强调师范生对教育理论的识记、理解与重现，课程价值无法实现。有鉴于此，《教育学》课程围绕师范生已有经验从以下三个方面进行改革：教师从师范生已有经验中筛选典型案例，组织师范生交流、讨论，检视师范生已有教学经验；围绕师范生已有经验，穿插以教育学理论为主的理论知识的学习；大学教师通过指导师范生阅读、组织讨论、提问以及讲解，促进师范生围绕典型已有教学经验进行探讨与研究。     

关于加强师范生法制教育的思考

加强师范生法制教育是依法治国、依法治校、青少年健康成长和师范生自身成材的需要。本文从分析当前教师的法律素质状况入手，有针对性地提出了加强师范生法制教育，切实提高师范生法律素质的方法。

师范生身份的确立必须要师范生付出一定的行动才能获得。师范生明确自己的身份就是对自己的地位命名的过程，在这个过程中要使自己和其他的大学生有区分，认识自己，使自己的身份和行为相一致。同时，师范生在教师公共形象的指引下，通过正身、修身、实践和反思，用行动使师范生身份得以确立。

随着人工智能技术的快速发展，其在教育领域的应用也日益普及和深入。师范生作为教师的后备力量，其智能教育素养的高低将直接影响人才培养的质量。该文从师范生现阶段“学习者”与未来“从教者”双重身份的视角，对师范生智能教育素养的概念进行界定，并结合师范类专业认证“一践行三学会”的毕业要求，构建了师范生智能教育素养框架。该文通过师范生智能教育素养现状的调查与分析，剖析目前师范生智能教育素养培养存在的问题，从创设智能教育应用校园场景、增设人工智能公共必修课程、构建U-G-S-E“三习”育人模式、开展教师智能教育素养校本普及系列活动四个层面提出师范生智能教育素养培养路径，以期为师范生智能教育素养培养的落地实施提供借鉴。

乡村教师定向培养计划的目标是优化乡村教师队伍质量，希望通过免费和编制吸引优秀师范生到乡村工作，保障乡村教师队伍的持续供给，促进城乡教师资源的均衡配置。在乡村师范生学习、生活过程中，均离不开伦理关系的影响。乡村师范生定向培养的伦理困境主要集中在理性与非理性、乡村与城市、稳定与发展三个方面。面向师范生的伦理关怀需要以乡村生活背景为基础，以尊重师范生意愿的人文关怀为宗旨，以相关制度为保障，以师范生终身发展为目标。

诠释学视野下的比较诗学

诠释学作为一门指导文本理解和解释的学科，在以前类似于修辞学、语法学、逻辑学，从属于语文学。到了20世纪，诠释学由一种理解和解释的方法论发展成为一种哲学理论。诠释学的哲学转向与世界意义的多元化转向并行。随着古典诠释学向现代哲学诠释学的转换，诠释学不再仅是对经典文本的诠释而具有多元化的意义，从而为自己找到广阔的诠释空间，因此在诠释学的视野下比较诗学也具有更加开放的被诠释可能。以诠释学为背景，进一步探讨比较诗学在学理意义上的可能性和可行性，便会发现：比较诗学之“比较”不是工具论意义上的一种手段而是存在论意义上的一种思维方式，从而为比较诗学学科研究提供一个新的视角。     

Key values of a Dutch cooperation school and the practice of religious education

This article presents the results of a single case study from a cooperation school in the Netherlands. A cooperation school is the result of a merger between a public and a denominational school. Pupils from secular and religious backgrounds meet in the classroom. This religious diversity in this school is explored by an empirical research study. The research question was how key values of the school and of its teachers are exerted in religious education. Content analysis of interviews and videos of the ‘moment of contemplation’ show that there is a discrepancy between the school values and the practice of this moment. Conclusions concerning a social and a substantive perspective are drawn in the light of theoretical insight concerning diversity in religious education.     

Establishing a Competence Profile for the Role of Student-centred Teachers in Higher Education in Belgium

The increasing importance of constructivism in higher education has brought about a shift in pedagogy from a focus on the teacher to a focus on the student. This has important implications for teaching and assessment. A student-centred pedagogy implies a different role for the teacher. What exactly does student-centred teaching require from teachers’ actual teaching practice? What is expected from them in order to teach in a student-centred way? It is in order to respond to these questions that this research project has been carried out establishing a core competence profile of student-centred teachers in higher education. Qualitative data were collected by means of semi-structured in-depth interviews with teachers from different institutions for higher education in Belgium, known for their student-centred way of teaching. This research method is innovative compared to the methods used for existing competence lists in the literature, which were usually developed on the basis of conversations with pedagogical experts. By exploring practice and having teachers participate in the development of a competence list, the acceptance of a competence profile is much higher. The result of the project is a validated competence profile which takes into account the critiques on existing competence lists. The competence profile provides a further insight in the functioning of teachers within a student-centred pedagogy and can be used as a starting point for the educational development of teachers within this pedagogy.

Trust: the power that binds in team supervision of doctoral students

Team supervision of doctoral students adds new dimensions and complexities to relationships within the teams that impact functionality of the team. Trust emerged as a significant theme in recent qualitative research into the quality of team supervision of doctoral students. Trust was cited as a key component in successful team collaborations, and the missing component in dysfunctional teams. Definitions refer to trust as the belief of truthfulness, reliability or faith in another person’s abilities. My hypothesis is that trust operates as a form of power in team supervision. It is a form of power that enables voice, resilience and creativity in teams. This article concludes that placing trust in others in supervisory teams is a deliberate decision by candidates and supervisors. It is a decision to engage in a team context despite known risks and may be understood as a gamble on the reliability of others in the expectation of reciprocity. By conceptualising trust as a form of power, strategies that engender and maintain trust may be utilised more intentionally.

Literacy as a social practice in the early years and the effects of the arts: a case study

Literacy as a social practice has a fundamental role in children’s lives especially in the early years context, in which social interactions are in the centre of knowledge achievement. Several pieces of research investigate the positive contribution of the arts in children’s literacy development in the early years settings. However, most of them focus on the aspect of emergent literacy and phonological awareness, with some indirect arguments about literacy as a social practice. Having this in mind and the importance of literacy as a social practice, this project was designed. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of the arts in the development of literacy as a social practice in the early years settings. The intervention used the ‘Play and Learn through the Arts’ (PLA) programme for a full school year in a case study with 5–6-year-old children in Greece. The outcomes were measured using authentic assessment techniques and a semi-structure interview. The findings showed the positive contribution of the arts in the development of literacy as a social practice in the early years setting.

Learning through engaging in retrospective reflection on a change process in an English course on workplace communication

This study describes a change process of implementing role-plays in a course on workplace communication in English, and of engaging in retrospective reflection. Considering that English education for nursing students in Taiwan has focused on the development of medical terminology and that students’ communicative competence is the main deficiency, the author conducted the change process in a medium-scale district hospital where she worked as a clinical nurse and in a nursing college where she taught English as a part-time teacher. The results show that engaging in retrospective reflection allows a teacher to construct knowledge from experience for professional growth.
