也谈吴玠死因

本文主要就《宋史·吴玠传》中吴玠“晚节颇多嗜欲，使人渔色于成都，喜饵丹石，故得咯血疾以死”的记载，旁征博引，列出多条理由，证明吴玠死于嗜欲好色，《宋史》记述不误。

吴玠和吴璘,原系北宋德顺军陇干(今甘肃静宁)人,后迁居水洛城(今甘肃庄浪),其先世数代曾为德顺军的军官。吴氏兄弟所处的时代,正是北宋末年和南宋初年。其时宋王朝的封建统治日趋腐败,金朝女真奴隶主贵族乘机大肆南侵,广大汉族人民展开了轰轰烈烈的抗金斗争。在人民斗争洪流的影响和推动下,吴玠和吴璘也奋起投入抗金的行列,在西北战场与金军苦战长达数十年,为保卫川陕秦陇地区乃至整个南宋王朝,建立了不可磨灭的历史功绩。

宋代名将曲端事迹考述

曲端(1091—1131),宋镇戎军(今宁夏固原)人。在北宋末年、南宋初年,与西夏、金国战斗中,屡有战功,名重一时。当时陕西人为之语曰:“有文有武是曲大,有谋有勇是吴大(指吴玠)。”曲端既然是一位文武双全的名将,那么人们对他们的研究又如何呢?据笔者所知,实在太少。今不揣学识浅陋,就曲端的生平资料、事迹编年,作一记述,以资纪念他的九百周年诞辰。不当之处,请读者指正。
