目的:比较分析局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗与序贯放化疗的疗效和毒副反应.方法:30例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者接受放疗同步联合PC(PTX+PDD)方案化疗:患者于前三周期给予PC方案化疗,从第四周期开始实施同步放化疗,放化疗结束后再巩固2-4周期.其余20例患者接受放疗序贯化疗(序贯组):应用PC方案化疗3周期,再行放疗,放疗后巩固化疗4周期.结果:同步组和序贯组总有效率分别为91.5%和80.0%,同步组疗效优于序贯组(P=0.035);两组生存率无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论:放疗同步化疗较序贯化放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌能够提高治疗的有效率.  相似文献

比较分析局限期小细胞肺癌同步放化疗与序贯放化疗的疗效及毒副反应.方法:40例小细胞肺癌患者中20例接受放疗同步联合化疗(DDP+VP-16)方案化疗:患者于前2个周期给予EP方案化疗,从第3、4周期开始实施同步放化疗,放化疗结束后再巩固2个周期.另20例患者则接受放疗序贯化疗:应用EP方案化疗2个周期后进行放疗,放疗结束后再巩固化疗4-6个周期.结果:同步组和序贯组总有效率分别为90.4%和82.1%,同步组疗效优于序贯组(P<0.05);而两组的生存率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:放疗同步化疗较序贯化放疗治疗小细胞肺癌能够提高治疗的有效率.  相似文献

近年来,肺癌发病率逐年增加,其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)占肺癌发病率的80%左右,相当部分患者就诊时已属晚期,其治疗主要采用以化疗为主的综合治疗。但化疗可导致病人骨髓抑制,消化道反应等。为减轻化疗的毒副反应,提高病人的生存质量,我科自2003年12月至2007年11月采用艾迪注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC进行疗效观察,现报道如下。  相似文献

目的评价埃罗替尼靶向治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能及生存时间的影响。方法分析非小细胞肺癌患者为研究观察主体,抽选出92例以双色球摸球法均匀分成两组,对照组接受GP化疗,观察组联合埃罗替尼靶向治疗,对比两组患者的免疫功能、生存时间及临床效果。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,其生存率明显比对照组高,治疗后观察组患者的免疫功能改善效果明显优于对照组,组间对比差异显著。结论临床治疗非小细胞肺癌采取化疗+埃罗替尼靶向治疗可延长患者的生命周期,改善其免疫功能。  相似文献

目的:观察平消胶囊对手术后Ⅰ~Ⅱa期非小细胞肺癌的l、3年生存率,免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法:全部患者均经病理证实的非小细胞肺癌。根据临床和术后病理确定为Ⅰ~Ⅱa期,Karnofsky评分≥70分,年龄在35-75岁。治疗组术后两周给予平消胶囊治疗,一次4~5粒,3次/d,90d为一疗程,对照组术后不给予任何治疗。治疗结束后对两组病人的1、3年生存率,免疫功能及生存质量进行评估。结果:治疗组1、3年生存率分别为95.5%、66.5%;对照组为94.0%、64.5%。两组1、3年生存率差异无显著性(P〉0.05),治疗组外周血T细胞亚群、T淋巴细胞的比值明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。生存质量(生活质量调查、体重、卡氏评分)明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:平消胶囊具有增加患者免疫力及提高生存质量的作用,但对术后Ⅰ~Ⅱa期非小细胞肺癌的生存率(1、3年生存率)无明显影响。  相似文献

目的 探索集束化延续性护理模式与非小细胞肺癌分子靶向治疗患者生命质量的关联。方法 选取2017年3月—2018年5月在医院就诊的非小细胞肺癌患者,共68例,均使用分子靶向药物治疗。集束化延续性护理组35例(观察组),常规护理组患者28例(对照组)。结果 观察组患者吸烟率高于对照组患者(57.1%vs 32.1%,P=0.04),且患者出院后心理状态及护理满意度较好(P<0.05)。重复资料的方差分析结果显示,观察组和对照组患者出院前3天的各个维度及生命质量总分差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者出院后1月、3月、6月的各个维度及生命质量总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 集束化延续性护理模式可以改善非小细胞肺癌分子靶向治疗患者的生命质量。  相似文献

用含西艾克(长春地辛VDS)联合化疗治疗肺癌30例,其中包括非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)24例,小细胞肺癌(SCLC)4例,转移性肺癌2例。总有效率63.3%,NSCLC和SCLC的有效率分别为58.3%,75%。毒副反应以白细胞下降最严重达63.3%,而胃肠道反应次之达56.7%,但均以Ⅰ-Ⅱ度为主,停药后可恢复。  相似文献

由于多种因素的影响,肺癌的发病率和死亡率呈快速增长趋势,严重威胁着人类的身体健康.有资料报道,全世界每年新增肺癌病例约140万,由于各种因素的影响,大多数肺癌患者诊断时已经处于晚期,适合于手术的患者不足20%,主要靠化疗,放疗及靶向治疗作为主要手段,其中约五分之四的肺癌为非小细胞肺癌,目前鳞癌占非小细胞肺癌的40%左右.肺鳞癌到了晚期,已经经过多种治疗方法,患者的体质状况较差,给化疗尤其是联合化疗,带来很大困难,往往达不到治疗效果,且化疗的风险性较大.作者通过多年临床观察,对晚期肺鳞癌的联合化疗疗效及安全性总结了一定的经验,现予以探讨分析.  相似文献

本研究通过克隆人的PRDM14基因,构建过表达PRDM14的真核表达载体,转染NCI-H1975细胞后得到高表达PRDM14的非小细胞肺癌细胞株。以人胚胎干细胞cDNA为模板,PCR扩增PRDM14基因编码序列,将其插入pcDNA3.1真核表达载体,经双酶切和测序验证后,将重组质粒转染到NCI-H1975肺癌细胞中,采用Western blot检测目的蛋白表达情况。结果表明,pcDNA3.1-prdm14重组载体构建成功,且目的蛋白能够在NCI-H1975细胞中正常表达。构建的过表达PRDM14非小细胞肺癌细胞株可以为后续研究该基因对非小细胞肺癌的调控作用及非小细胞肺癌的靶向药物研究等提供实验材料。  相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
