高职院校现代学徒制利益实现机制探究

文章分析了高职院校现代学徒制各方理想利益诉求及其与他方利益的冲突,阐述了各方参与现代学徒制的利益实现程度。据此,提出了高职院校现代学徒制利益实现机制的构建:加强政府利益驱动和利益维护;完善行业协会参与制度;建立企业及师傅利益保障机制;建立高职院校及学徒利益实现机制。     

完善我国企业制度，促进企业和谐发展

本文对市场经济条件下我国国有企业与非国有企业两类企业制度的状况进行了分析,提出了根据我国国情,在我国国有企业建立资本高关切度机制,完善权力利益制衡机制,和在非国有企业建立权力利益制衡机制的思路,以期促进我国企业的发展与和谐环境的构建。
