提高乡村教师的数字化教学素养是数字化时代乡村教育振兴的关键路径,是缩小城乡教育差距的时代机遇。通过建构结构方程模型,探讨教育数字化转型背景下乡村教师的组织支持感与数字化教学自我效能感在数字化持续专业发展与数字化教学素养关系中的作用。在中国19个省85个市收集12 488名中小学教师的数据,分析发现:其一,乡村教师数字化持续专业发展积极显著影响数字化教学素养;其二,组织支持感在数字化持续专业发展与数字化教学素养关系中的中介效应显著;其三,数字化教学自我效能感在数字化持续专业发展与数字化教学素养中的中介效应显著;其四,乡村教师数字化持续专业发展通过组织支持感—数字化教学自我效能感这一中介链对数字化教学素养产生间接效应。

The problem of continuing professional development (sometimes capitalised as CPD) of professionals in higher education is that it operates around a series of unresolved tensions: between higher education institutions as major providers for other professionals and as a relatively new provider in terms of its own professional development; between the prestige associated with continuing professional development in the service of research and that accorded to learning and teaching. These problems are compounded by a tendency to regard professional or staff development as comprising only those sorts of activities that are formally recognised. Rather than attempting to resolve these two tensions, the paper argues that problematising our conceptions of continuing professional development can open up space for debate. The paper re‐visits some of the recent history of CPD in order to pinpoint some of the contradictions. This allows new questions to emerge: for example about whether the multiple practices of continuing professional development constitute “domesticating” (Land, ) or more critical tendencies within the newly emerging regimes in higher education. The arguments have implications for practising educational developers in meeting the challenges of a broader mandate for CPD, and in recognising the importance of the non‐formal in development practice. The paper takes its examples mostly from an English context, but many of the contradictions highlighted are relevant to other state‐dependent higher education systems.  相似文献

上个世纪末,是我国幼儿教育的发展阶段,幼教师资匮乏。具体表现在:第一,新世纪初我国出现了大量的托儿所,私立幼儿园,很多教师都是非学前教育专业的,也有的是未接受教育的"阿姨"充当了幼儿教师的角色。第二,过去很长一段时间,学前教育专业在我省以函授、中专、大专的教育为主,在学时间较短,理论知识较为薄弱。第三,一些非学前教育专业的教师参与幼儿教育工作,她们虽在一线教学过程中积累了丰富的实战经验,但理论知识较为薄弱。因此,国际上先进的教育理念很难以投入到现实的课堂教学中;有代表性的教学经验也难以转化成已有经验,进行交流。结合分析幼儿园的发展趋势,未来园所之间竞争激烈,将会走上品牌化发展道路。因此,幼儿教师应通过继续教育提升理论水平、提高科研能力、提高管理能力,指导实践教学,提升幼儿教育的质量,促进学前教育事业的发展。  相似文献

Educational research over the last decades has been preoccupied with the way the global discourse has been employed in national educational policy making. Examining a case of teachers’ continuing education in Greece, the paper focuses on the way this global discourse has been selectively appropriated by national agents.

Using data of focused interviews with key agents and the content analysis of policy documents, the paper examines the institutionalisation process arguing that (Greek) education policy is not always subject to rational planning, or global imperatives, but involves informal networks which interact parasitically inside formal policy networks to further sectoral interests.  相似文献

This paper presents a model dealing with the teacher as manager of self‐directed and interactive learning programs and discusses the value of this model for educators working within continuing and professional education contexts. It provides a framework for the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning programs which promote self‐directed and interactive learning and comprises an outline of phases of learning programs and the roles of teachers (and learners) in these programs.

Major goals related to the process of continuing and professional education today include: promotion of the learners’ ability to work and interact effectively together, fostering their commitment to lifelong learning and development of their self‐directed learning skills. The model presented in this paper is a means of promoting the achievement of these goals. It emphasises the development of skills of independence, self‐direction, interaction, communication, leadership, group membership and conflict resolution. Such skills can be transferred to the workplace to enable adults to accomplish their tasks effectively, achieve their goals, work co‐operatively in teams as leaders and team members and take greater responsibility for their work and continued learning.  相似文献

Evaluating the impact of school-based continuing professional development (CPD), as with any other kind, is not without its challenges. This article reports on an evaluation of a CPD programme which was established to support implementation of a new primary school curriculum in Ireland. It examines what can be learned by comparing the views on the likely impact held by the teachers participating in the CPD and the support professionals providing it. The results show that both groups were very positive about the likely impact. However, support professionals anticipated a greater impact than the teachers themselves on teachers’ knowledge and implementation of the new curriculum. Likely explanations for these divergent views are discussed. The article highlights the importance of building in mechanisms within CPD to enable both teachers and support professionals to consider together the impact on an ongoing basis, and to use the available evidence formatively to inform planning for CPD. Incorporating a focus on impact in CPD is likely to become even more important in the years ahead given that teachers themselves are increasingly playing a greater role in decisions about what CPD is undertaken.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss training aimed at supporting the professional agency of teachers and student teachers. Drawing on socio-cultural and post-structural theories, we conceptualize professional agency as achieved by participation in professional practices. We employ our conceptualization in an analysis of a Finnish pilot training that combined initial and continuous training for preschool and primary school teachers. We argue that the practices of reflection and collective enquiry inherent in the model offer a fruitful starting point for further efforts to understand how to support the development of the professional agency of teachers and student teachers simultaneously.  相似文献

This article describes a collaborative action research project developed over the course of the 2011/12 academic year in the Faculty of Education at Cordoba University (Spain). The RIECU school–continuing professional development centre for teachers–university learning network is part of this research process. The aim is to create and consolidate a community of practice made up of continuing professional development advisers to teachers, infant education teachers, university students who are training to become infant education teachers and university teaching staff. The most relevant findings, which respond to the questions raised, are: the action research conducted indicates that teamwork between teacher, adviser, researcher and university student is an effective strategy to facilitate the acquisition of professional competences among student teachers; and student-teachers involved in the case study have evolved in their conception and approach to childhood and have had the opportunity to learn by modelling the professional conduct of their mentor teachers.  相似文献

Policy strategies to reward teachers for field-specific expertise have become internationally widespread and have been criticized for being manifestations of neoliberal globalization. In Scotland, there is political commitment to such strategies, including one to award recognition to teachers for expertise in sustainable development education (SDE). This study examined 22 application forms for that award, conducted face-to-face discussions with 8 successful teacher applicants, and with two policy-making actors and analyzed the websites of relevant policy institutions. The study asked how the concept of ‘the professional teacher of SDE’ was negotiated through the policy. In both policy and teacher discourse, there was a struggle to reconcile the constructions of the teacher as an individualized generic manager and as committed to SDE as a networked, disciplinary field of endeavor. Managerialism is a neoliberal technology, so these tensions are interpreted as traces of neoliberal ideology. Moreover, their negotiation is interpreted as de- and re-bordering engagements with globalization. The critical potential of these interpretations is in the revealed incompleteness of the engagements, leaving teachers and policy-makers with scope to manage responses to neoliberal globalization in SDE.  相似文献

New functions in the university often begin as satellites, marginal to the core of the academic disciplines and the faculty. With success they seek to institutionalize those functions sometimes by incorporating them into the faculty role pattern. This study examined the receptivity across a university faculty to the role changes associated with continuing education for established professionals. Working with mid-career practitioners may offer an unusual degree of intellectual stimulus and affinity to faculty members. Respondents evaluated the importance of a set of role behaviors, some traditional, some new. Application of multiple discriminant analysis to these ratings identified agreement on several basic values along with four subcultural groupings based on views of applied knowledge and the degree of relationship to an established profession.  相似文献

This paper reports the findings of a qualitative case study that explored the role methods courses played in the education of preservice teachers at a large southeastern state university in the U.S.A. The paper portrays three distinct roles: the relevant role, the liberalizing role, and the critical role.
