论管理中的人事艺术

管理艺术在管理工作中有着举足轻重的地位;管理艺术是管理人员运用科学的管理方法、管理手段在常规管理中的灵活运用和妙手点缀;管理艺术包括多方面内容,包括决策艺术、信息利用艺术、人事艺术、预测艺术等.本文重点论述人事艺术在管理中的作用,人事艺术应成为管理者的必修课和基本功.     

近十年来国外艺术治疗研究的可视化分析及其对我国特殊教育的启示——基于WoS数据

艺术治疗在特殊教育实践中具有重要作用。从发文量来看,近十年国外艺术治疗研究总体上呈递增趋势。使用CiteSpace文献计量可视化分析软件对2009-2018年WoS收录的655篇有关艺术治疗的论文进行分析并绘制图谱,发现:艺术治疗涉及的学科有应用心理学、护理学、精神病学等,在特殊教育学等学科中的研究逐渐增多;研究的热点主题为青少年、女性等群体,质性研究方法,生活质量,整合性、创新性、本土化的干预方法等;前沿主题是艺术治疗的质性研究、艺术治疗效果评估量表的研制及使用。最后基于分析结果,对我国的特殊教育发展提出若干启示。     

文化还原:饶宗颐古典艺术阐释方法的特色及其意义——以汉代画像与列传及画赞之关系探讨为中心

饶宗颐在其艺术史论中,对汉代画像、史传、赞等艺术门类之间的互动关系作了精辟的阐发;饶宗颐的创见与其运用文化还原研究方法密切相关。

本文认为,艺术批评从阐释学、接受美学、语言学美学等视角考察,其核心功能是审美发现。即:a.发现艺术创造者所未发现;b.发现艺术接受者所未发现;c.发现艺术批评、艺术理论所未发现。本文同时认为;语言一符号批评在对艺术文本的语言结构和符号信息的具体的技术操作的分析过程中,有助于审美发现,然而这种批评以及语言学美学方法均有较大限定性,不能上升为普遍有效的艺术本体论与方法论而涵盖整个艺术领域及其艺术批评。
