21世纪高校体育教学改革探讨

21世纪高校体育教学改革应以改革传统教学思想为指导,以改革传统教学内容为重点,以改革传统教学模式为核心,以改革传统教学评价为动力。作者在认真分析我国高校传统体育教学利弊的基础上,探讨高校体育教学改革的发展趋势,以期推动和深化我国高校体育教学的改革。     

关怀文化传统:课程改革的又一使命

课程改革无时无刻不以各种方式“遭遇”着文化传统,同时课程改革也以各种形式被传统所“文化”。然而熟知并非真知,课程改革却在课程目标、理论资源和改革阻力等方面刻意地回避和忽视文化传统,基于关怀文化传统的视角,笔者认为关怀文化传统即弥补文化传统的薄弱和消解文化传统在课程改革中的抗拒应作为课程改革路径追索的着眼点和逻辑前提。

课程改革遭遇文化传统是必然现象,本文在厘清文化传统的内涵的基础上,着力剖析课程改革中文化传统的迷失与症结,认为课程改革在借鉴西方教育理论的同时,无视或忽视了文化传统的在场,为此,笔者指出课程改革应扎根于本民族文化传统的实际,把改善文化传统的不足和薄弱作为课程改革的基本路向。

中国社会主义改革之路体现着中国传统改革遗产被继承并不断和社会主义优越性与时俱进地结合。具体而言,大同世界的传统改革理想的价值整体性被继承,虚假性被克服,在结合现实中不断转化,中国梦成为当下具有强大感召力的目标;依托贤能领导的传统改革成功要件被继承发展为构建共产党坚强堡垒,领导社会主义改革持续稳定地全面推进;顺民心、促生产的传统改革成功要义被继承并创新为依靠人民力量,以经济建设为重点,改革始终坚持不断解放与发展生产力,增强人民的获得感;重视人才、整顿吏治的传统改革成功保障被继承并被创新为重视人才培养、干部考核人事制度建设和反腐倡廉建设,为改革顺利沿着社会主义方向提供保障。
