金融机构退出规制政策的制定不仅要考虑现实约束条件,而且要分析和研究参与这一过程的众多利益主体行为。以此为目的,通过构建三方博弈模型,包括规制部门与金融机构的退出博弈模型,规制部门间的博弈模型以及规制部门与中介机构间的博弈模型可以较好地解释规制部门在实施规制中存在的困境,进而为规制政策制定提供依据。  相似文献

Four models of possible predictors of changes in prestige for university departments are advanced and tested using multiple regression. Changes in prestige are measured using a residual change score derived from the ratings of departments in various disciplines collected by American Council of Education in 1964 and 1969. The models are tested using data collected from 1,164 faculty in 80 university departments in 1968, and from published sources for that same year. Results indicate that a resource model is the best predictor for sociology, and that a research productivity model and an organizational model were good predictors of reputational change for political science and chemistry. For physics, only one organizational variable was an important predictor. The fourth model tested involved reputation of faculty within the department, and this model yielded the fewest significant results. A composite predictive equation was then used, retaining variables that had emerged as significant in earlier analyses. Results again exhibited large differences across scientific fields, suggesting that there is no single set of factors that can reliably predict improvement or decline in prestige across all disciplines.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to identify perceptual differences between hierarchical levels in organizations in general and in university departments in particular, and to analyze their consequences on the relationships between the need for change, the implementation of change, and the assessment of the success of change.Three different models are developed and tested. The first model examines the amount of change in the various aspects of change at different types of departments. The second model examines the factor structure of the various actors in the system. The third model tests separately for each perceiver the magnitude of relationship between the different aspects of change and the success of change.The implications of the models and their empirical tests to future studies of organizational change are discussed and elaborated.  相似文献

为了以马克思的经济增长理论指导现代经济增长模型在我国的应用研究,以及借鉴现代经济增长模型的数量方法拓展对马克思经济增长理论的研究,基于两部类社会再生产情形,运用数量分析方法,将哈罗德模型与马克思经济增长模型连通.揭示了两部类之间的产品交换是哈罗德模型中储蓄转化为投资的实现的条件,两个部类的结构参数对哈罗德模型具有决定性作用,从而弥补了哈罗德模型的缺陷.并以<资本论>中的举例作了验证.  相似文献

A new allocation model for teaching and nonteaching staff has been developed at the University of Utrecht. It may be characterized as highly normative, leading to lump sums to be allocated to academic departments. These departments in turn are free—within constraints—to budget their activities differently from the model. The parameters within the model were optimized with regard to a set of centrally determined requirements using a spreadsheet program on a small microcomputer. Details are given regarding the reasons for designing the new model, the design itself, the process of implementation, and the actual use of the model in the framework of the planning process in our institution.Presented at the 24th Annual Forum of the Association for Institutional Research, Ft. Merit review processes within academic departments usually consist of two parts: a performance review and evaluation step and a monetary calculation step. Of the two, the performance review step is clearly the more important in achieving fairness and equity. However, the monetary calculation step also plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the overall process. In an attempt to address the issue of salary compression, the principle used by most departments in allocating merit pay is to award comparable percentage increases in salary to faculty members with similar merit ratings. A merit pay allocation model based on this principle is presented in this paper. The model, a major generalization of an earlier one presented by Camp, Gibbs, and Masters (1988), enables users to calculate merit pay amounts for individual faculty members in a systematic and efficient manner. It is also sufficiently flexible to allow for the incorporation of policy directives often contained in pay packages.  相似文献

Military officials continually search for improvements in processes that focus on high‐performance outcomes. This qualitative study investigated process improvements of two departments within the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (the Security Department and the Testing Department) by assessing performance levels of the two departments using a combinatorial model from human performance theory and Six Sigma theory. Study findings produced strong empirical evidence with specific recommendations for initiating cost‐effective interventions for improvements. The Behavior Engineering Model was used to identify possible solutions to post‐training performance gaps identified during the evaluation.  相似文献

A sense of belonging is essential for children in preschool. During the past decade, there has been a striking change in the orientation of the Swedish preschool environment. Now more child observations tend to focus on individual skills and assessment of ability to handle future schooling. A new discourse is clear; one that moves from a group orientation to a more individual approach. School-related skills are now more clearly the focus, within which an individualised discourse easily leads to grouping by levels and special programmes. In this action research study, a model of inclusive individualisation was tested, in which individual opportunities were anchored in a group-orientated teaching method. Nine preschool departments from four preschools participated in the study. The work involved about 45 preschool staff. At work meetings, nine departments spent about two hours each, processing and evaluating the model. The results show that the majority of the staff felt that the model opened up new issues, ideas and perspectives. It was clear that the staff were eager to plan early interventions. Communication and social skills for the children were the areas exclusively focused upon in the work with the model.  相似文献

There are increasing concerns about the educational experiences of Division I student-athletes in big-time college sports. Calls for reform have come from within colleges and universities and beyond. The literature of innovative management offers ideas that can help mitigate the academic and athletic divide and offer new ideas for athletic departments. Specifically, this body of literature is placed within the context of academic support centers for student-athletes to underscore the importance of new ways of thinking and to shed light on the centrality of the champion in the successful implementation of innovation. The article also introduces the Career Transition Scorecard, a practitioner-as-researcher model that fosters evidence-based practices among practitioners in athletic departments as they improve the well-being of Division I student-athletes. Implications for stakeholder management in college sports are discussed.  相似文献

Perceived characteristics of research, teaching, and patient care tasks of faculty members and administrators in five medical schools were found to differ significantly among departments representing different scientific and medical specialties. These differences correspond to state of development of the field and nature of the work done in the different departments. The basic science departments, which as a group represent a higher state of scientific development than the clinical departments, were more homogeneous in reported task characteristics than were the clinical departments. In light of these differences, it is argued that it is dysfunctional to apply the same set of organizational policies and practices, such as criteria for rewards and promotions, uniformly to all departments.  相似文献
