试论科学发展观视闽下的高校人才培养模式

贯彻落实科学发展观,进行高校人才培养模式有益探索,是当前高校改革与发展的重要任务。为此,要确立“以人为本”的高校人才培养的核心理念;坚持科学发展观的全面发展原则,实现人才的全面发展;坚持科学发展观的协调发展原则,实现人才的协调发展;坚持科学发展观的可持续发展原则,实现人才的可持续发展。     

论可持续发展战略对世界观的挑战和启迪

（１）“可持续发展”向传统的发展观提出挑战。它坚持发展的现实和发展的未来可能性的统一,并引发人们对矛盾学说作深层的思考;坚持发展数量和发展质量的统一,强调实现发展质量的优化;坚持追求社会发展和促进自然发展的统一,而实现的关键在于人。（２）可持续发展战略强烈要求建立“前瞻认识论”。“前瞻认识”在时间上具有“超前性”,在内容上具有“预测性”,在形式上具有抽象性或原则性。（３）可持续发展战略赋予实践观以重要启迪。它特别强调实践具有受动性并可能产生负面效应,从而要求人们的实践应该充分体现科学性、价值性和伦理性的有机统一。（４）可持续发展战略还具有重要的历史观意义。     

科学发展观视野下的辅导员队伍文化建设

辅导员队伍文化建设是辅导员职业化建设可持续发展的必然要求,是辅导员队伍稳定、和谐发展的根本保证,是学校文化全面发展的重要促动力。根据科学发展观要求,辅导员队伍文化建设应该从五个方面着眼：贯彻“终身学习”理念,推进辅导员学习型队伍文化建设;坚持“和谐”理念,营造辅导员队伍合作型文化;走“可持续发展”之路,营造积极向上的梯队文化;完善竞争激励机制,营造极向上、奋发有为的竞争氛围。     

科学发展观与高校人才培养

以科学发展观提升高校人才培养理念,必须做到四个“坚持”:坚持“以学生为本”,确立高校人才培养的出发点和立足点;坚持“全面发展”,树立高校人才培养的指导思想;坚持“协调发展”,适应高校人才培养的基本要求;坚持“可持续发展”实现高校人才培养的根本目标。     

中国可持续发展必须坚持“三个代表”的哲学思考

从科学发展观看可持续发展的价值认识取向

人与自然的关系是人类社会得以存在和发展的重要物质基础,对自然界内在价值的否定的认识,对人与自然“主客二分”关系的主观方面的绝对化和认为人的价值绝对高于自然界价值是造成人与自然关系不协调、环境污染的重要原因。科学的发展观是以人为本,全面发展和可持续发展的发展观。实施可持续发展必须坚持自然生态价值是存在性价值的价值观,坚持发展是经济、社会和人的全面综合协调的发展而不是单一的经济产值增长的发展观,尤其要坚持生存意识与发展意识相统一的价值观,才能从根本上协调人与自然的关系,保证人类的可持续发展。
