LA RESTAURATION DES SCULPTURES POLYCHROMES

Abstract

Un exposé est donné des méthodes utilisées dans le passé pour la restauration de sculptures polychromes. L’accent porte sur la nécessité d’une collaboration interdisciplinaire. La structure hétérogène de la surface des sculptures polychromes pose des problèmes particuliers. On souligne qu’une sculpture polychrome ne doit pas être conçue comme l’addition d’une peinture sur un support en bois ou pierre, mais qu’elle doit être considérée comme une entité individuelle. La forme colorée qui établit l’image de la sculpture polychrome devrait être préservée.

Interlibrary Lending in Mexican,Caribbean, Central American,and South American Libraries

This article reports on a survey to Mexican, Caribbean, Central American, and South American libraries about interlibrary loan services and activities. It builds on previous studies and reports in an attempt to address a void in current interlibrary lending literature concerning Latin American libraries’ interlibrary lending services.

探讨图书馆业务外包，在阐述笔者对图书馆业务外包认识的同时试图从中找出图书馆业务外包中若干争议性问题的答案。简述图书馆业务外包的缘起与涵义，回顾业务外包在图书馆的重要发展，总结业务外包在图书馆4大方面的应用，重点从正反两方面论述业务外包对图书馆的影响，继而引出对图书馆业务外包管理的重要性和方法的论述，最后得出图书馆业务外包管理的关键在于沟通的结论。     

亚太五国/地区数字鸿沟及其影响因素分析

数字鸿沟是信息社会存在于不同社会层面的、具有多种表现形式的现象,它不仅存在于国家之内,也存在于不同地区、不同国家之间。本文运用二手资料分析方法,对亚太五国/地区(包括中国内地、中国香港、韩国、日本、中国台湾)的数字鸿沟进行描述,探讨社会因素和个人因素对数字鸿沟的影响。本文还探讨了造成中国内地东西部地区数字鸿沟的内在因素,并结合亚太地区的综合现状,对如何缩小数字鸿沟进行了思考。     

Whiteness,internationalization, and erasure: decolonizing futures from the Global South

ABSTRACT

The essay explores the mobility of Whiteness in networks of Communication Studies that posture themselves as speaking from the Global South. Depoliticized languages of de-westernizing, internationalizing, and decolonizing are often articulated by elites in North-South networks pushing neoliberal governmentality, erasing claims to radical equality that emerge from within socialist struggles in the Global South. In resistance, a radical framework of knowledge from the Global South emerges from within subaltern struggles for hegemony, achieved through (a) delinking from the metropoles of the North and (b) explicitly crafting a socialist anticolonial politics that names and dismantles Whiteness as a capitalist project.
