福建省中学教师职业倦怠的现状分析

为了解福建省中学教师职业倦怠的现状,促进教师的专业成长,采用《中学教师职业倦怠问卷》对349名中学教师进行调查。结果显示:中学教师的职业倦怠不太严重,不同类型的教师在缺乏成就感上有显著差异,新手型教师和熟手型教师均显著高于专家型教师,缺乏成就感教师的职称、所教学科、学科类别的主效应均显著,去个性化的所教学科主效应显著,情绪耗竭的性别与教龄、性别与职称的交互效应显著。     

中小学教师教学自主性特点的实证研究

选取1222名中小学教师进行问卷调查,探讨其教学自主性的特点。研究发现：（1）教学自主性的教龄和学校类型主效应非常显著,两者之间有非常显著的交互作用。中学与小学教师教学自主性的显著差异主要体现在目的性、自发性和责任性三个维度上,小学教师显著高于中学教师。教师教学自主性各维度上均有显著教龄差异,教龄6—10年小学教师的教学自主性处于低谷期;（2）教学自主性的性别和学历主效应非常显著,两者之间交互作用非常显著。教学自主性各维度均表现为女教师显著高于男教师,本科教师显著高于专科教师;（3）小学教师教学自主性的职称主效应非常显著,而中学教师职称没有显著主效应。     

民办中学教师教育观念与教育方式的特点及其关系研究

用问卷法对民办中学教师教育观念与教育方式的关系研究发现:民办中学教师在教育方式上性别、职称影响不显著,教龄显著影响放任的教育方式。高职称教师在个人教学效能感、总效能感中与低职称教师存在显著差异。各类型教师在学生观诸维度均没有出现显著的性别、职称、教龄差异。教育作用的认识和教学效能感对积极的教育方式有正面的预测功能,对消极的教育方式有负面的预测功能,对遗传和自然成熟作用的认识与此相反。     

高中生自我价值感与应付方式的相关性研究

通过采用国内广泛运用的《青少年自我价值感量表》、《应付方式问卷》对150名高中学生进行问卷调查。结果表明：（1）高中生在社会取向道德价值感维度上存在显著性别差异。（2）高中生在个人取向家庭价值感维度、应付方式幻想因子上存在显著来源差异。（3）高中生在总体价值感、个人取向生理价值感、社会取向生理价值感、应付方式解决问题因子和自责因子上存在年级主效应。（4）自我价值感大部分维度与积极应付方式呈显著正相关,与消极应付方式呈显著负相关。     

贵州省中学教师职业倦怠的现状研究

对464名贵州省中学教师的问卷调查发现:贵州省中学教师的职业倦怠整体上并不严重,但有相当比例的教师有比较明显的倦怠倾向;教师职业倦怠的发展随教龄的增加呈现出“两低中高”的发展趋势,教龄6-10年是职业倦怠最严重的阶段,在教师职业生涯的中期,教师的情感耗竭高于其个人成就感;性别、学历、职称、是否担任班主任、学校类型和地区分别对教师职业倦怠的一个或多个维度有显著影响。     

硕士生家庭环境与应付方式间关系的研究

为了探讨硕士生家庭环境与应付方式之间的关系,研究者对263名硕士生进行了家庭环境和应付方式的问卷调查。调查结果发现：硕士生的应付方式各因子得分从高到低依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、合理化、退避、自责;多元回归分析表明,知识性、亲密度对解决问题有显著的回归效应,组织性、控制性、娱乐性对自责有显著的回归效应,娱乐性对求助有显著的回归效应,娱乐性对幻想有显著的回归效应,组织性对退避有显著的回归效应。对调查结果的分析表明：硕士生倾向于采用解决问题、求助等成熟型的应付方式;家庭环境中的亲密度、娱乐性、知识性对采取解决问题、求助等成熟型应付方式有重要作用。     

大学生心理应付方式及团体辅导干预效果实证研究

通过采用《应付方式问卷》和《症状自评量表SCL-90））分别对大学生进行测试并以团体辅导的方式对学生进行心理训练,研究发现：在面临压力或应激时,大多数学生倾向于采取积极的应付方式;男生“解决问题”因子得分高于女生,女生“求助”因子得分显著高于男生;一、二年级和三、四年级学生在“合理化”应付因子上的得分存在差异;团体心理辅导对于改善学生的应付方式和心理健康水平具有显著效果。     

四川地震灾后幼儿教师应付方式与主观幸福感的相关研究

本文通过对四川地震灾区的92名幼儿教师进行问卷调查,考察灾后幼儿教师的应付方式、主观幸福感及两者之间的关系。结果发现：灾后幼儿教师的主观幸福感明显高于全国常模,处于中等偏上水平;取样幼儿教师较多采用成熟型应付方式,所采用的应付方式呈现出多样性;主观幸福感与应付方式中“求助”因子呈显著正相关,与“自责”、“退避”、“合理化”、“幻想”因子呈显著负相关;进一步的回归分析表明,“自责”因子有碍于主观幸福感的提升,对主观幸福感有较好的预测作用。     

西藏地区中学教师职业认同状况调查

采用《教师职业认同研究》量表对西藏地区209名中学教师进行职业认同调查,了解其职业认同状况。结果显示:(1)西藏地区中学教师整体的职业认同水平较高;(2)西藏地区中学教师和内地中小学教师在职归属感和职业行为倾向上存在显著差异;(3)西藏地区中学教师的职业价值观在学校所在地上存在显著差异;(4)西藏地区中学教师的角色价值观在性别、职称、所教科目上差异显著。     

职称及薪酬对高校教师职业枯竭的影响及其交互作用分析

通过对广东省5603位高校教师的问卷调查,了解职称及薪酬对高校教师职业枯竭的影响及其交互作用。结果发现：不同职称及薪酬的教师,职业枯竭状况有极其显著的差异;低成就感、认知枯竭两个维度在职称、薪酬上的主效应不显著,交互作用不显著;职称、薪酬在情绪衰竭和去人性化上的交互作用显著,去人性化在职称上主效应非常显著。
