教学质量是教育的生命线,教学团队建设是提升教学质量的关键。提升教学质量,丰富网上资源,增强教师教学水平和科研能力,既是构建团队的主要目的,也是检验团队建设成功与否的标准。通过国家开放大学（青岛）教学团队的实践,基于stata12．0计量软件,对教学团队与非课程团队相关数据进行统计分析,研究课程教学团队建设模式,得出结论：教学团队在资源建设效率和学员支持率方面显著优于非课程团队。课程团队教师人均建设资源量多于非课程团队,且所建资源使用效率高于非课程团队,体现了课程团队较高的工作效率;学员在线学习时长与课程资源丰富程度呈显著正相关,强调了资源建设对远程教育质量的影响;新生学习受兴趣影响较大,与教师行为关系不明显,具有很强的随意性,但其学习热情的持久性与其网上行为受关注程度呈显著正相关,验证了教师的责任心在提高教学质量过程中的重要作用。基于定量数据分析,多主体、多层面地探索教学团队对“教”与“学”活动影响的价值,为开放教育课程教学团队建设相关理论研究提供数据和实践经验。
