目的:研究环氧合酶-2(COX-2)对卵巢癌细胞迁移和耐药性的影响及其机制。创新点:本研究发现COX-2对卵巢癌发生发展有一定的促进作用,可以通过上皮间质转化(EMT)途径促进卵巢癌细胞的迁移和顺铂(CDDP)耐药。其抑制剂塞来昔布(CXB)能起到协同抗癌的效果。方法:CCK-8检测CXB和CDDP对SKOV3和ES2细胞的毒性作用。划痕实验评估COX-2对卵巢癌细胞迁移的作用。蛋白质免疫印迹(western blot)和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测EMT相关基因和蛋白的表达水平。结论:COX-2可以通过EMT促进卵巢癌细胞迁移和CDDP耐药;CXB可以起到抑制作用,与CDDP协同抗癌。COX-2可以作为卵巢癌治疗的一个潜在靶点。  相似文献

There are many kinds of methods of teaching grammar, no matter what they are, these approaches can generally be classified into two approaches--deductive and inductive. What an appropriate grammar teaching approach is by examining the inductive and deductive approaches to grammar teaching and learning. It starts with the definitions of inductive and deductive approaches to grammar teaching, followed by a contrastive study of these two approaches in terms of both the bases and the application. In the past ten years, many exemplar projects are completed in China to encourage the sharing of knowledge and experience of sustainability. Many of these projects are landmark buildings, and because they can attract more public attentions, they raise more awareness of sustainable development. However, school projects are rarely mentioned in the news and annual inspirational project lists. The fundamental point of this paper is to challenge the common concept in China that school buildings are only used exclusively by children in formal education. According to the paper’s review of the school schemes in England and Wales, not only the inspirational sustainable schools created the opportunities and responsibilities to accelerate positive changes, but also they developed a vision of an asset that supports lifelong learning and sustainable lifestyles for the whole community. In this paper, the definition of a ‘sustainable school’ is summarised by comparing the statements and concepts in England and Wales. Moreover, a wide range of benefits gained by project stakeholders and communities are also demonstrated through case studies. In the end, lessons and innovations which can be learnt by Chinese school projects are concluded. The illustrations provided by this paper do not aim to solve all issues of promoting a sustainable school in China, but to open people’s minds to the impacts of their actions, and to build the knowledge and cooperative framework to promote public sustainable projects.  相似文献

Using recent cross-sectional data of rural children aged from 8 to 18 in Hunan Province of China, this article examines psychological, behavioral, and educational outcomes and the psychosocial contexts of these outcomes among children left behind by one or both of their rural-to-urban migrant parents compared to those living in nonmigrant families. The results showed that left-behind children were disadvantaged in health behavior and school engagement but not in perceived satisfaction. The child's psychosocial environment, captured by family socioeconomic status, socializing processes, peer and school support, and psychological traits, were associated with, to varying extent, child developmental outcomes in rural China. These influences largely remain constant for the sampled children regardless of their parents' migrant status.  相似文献

This microgenetic study examined social influences on children's development of analogical reasoning during peer-led small-group discussions of stories about controversial issues. A total of 277 analogies were identified among 7,215 child turns for speaking during 54 discussions from 18 discussion groups in 6 fourth-grade classrooms (N = 120; age M=10.0, SD=0.6). Use of analogy was found to spread among the children in discussion groups and occur at an accelerating rate, primarily because of the increasing use of novel analogies. Relational analogies with shared surface features triggered purely relational analogies during the next 2 speaking turns, showing a trend of relational shift. These results provide distinctive new evidence for the importance of social interaction in an aspect of cognitive development.  相似文献

In bioscience papers, besides the other scientific misconduct issues, replication of the method section is a common problem because duplication is always being detected in the section Materials and Methods. We editors often receive comments and queries from authors who think that it is a matter of course to copy their own published materials as opposed to copying those of others. How should editors handle such papers with similar content in the method section and how to guide authors in writing the method section without being accused of plagiarism? What is right? In the Han Dynasty two thousand years ago, a fantastic dramatic ceremony called “Grand Nuo” were staged in the court on the eve of Spring Festival. A wizard wearing golden mask and holding spears and shields led 120 boys, all with torches in hand, to run and shout around the court to dispel ghosts and spirits and pray for good harvests and peace. This ceremony has later spread to the society and evolved into a sacrificial ceremonial drama popular in Yangtze Delta which is called “boy fair”.  相似文献
