对信息技术教材编写的思考

笔者结合新课标的要求和自己的工作实践,阐述了信息技术教材编写需要注意的几个问题:新课标的要求是教材编撰工作的指南和依据;学生年龄特征是教材内容的出发点;突出学生实践能力的培养是信息技术课程的特色;弹性原则是信息时代赋予信息技术教材的基本要求.

Choir Brings Friendship and Love An Interview with Beijing Hand to Hand Choir Conductor Katya llyakhina

In Beijing, a dynamic amateur choir is gaining a growing profile in the music circle and beyond. Twice a week, rain or shine, 38 choir members come from different comers of the city for rehearsal to the middle school at the East Second Ring Road. With a short history of less than three years, the choir has presented dozens of performances for charity or public good purposes, These music amateurs have transmitted their energy to dying old people and handicapped children with their encouraging singing, bringing them love, joy and hope. It is not a professional choir, but its well-trained performers have captivated many people and won several international awards with their melodious singing. From the concert in honor of doctors and nurses fighting against the SARS epidemic to the TV competition for Chinese singing foreign songs, the choir members have demonstrated the charms and passions of their art and brought lyrical serenity and purity back to city dwellers who live in urban hurly-burly all day long.     

Cu（II）和Ni（II）对四环素在官能团化碳纳米管上吸附的影响

研究目的：探究四环素在不同官能团化碳纳米管上的吸附机制,并揭示Cu（II）和Ni（II）对四环素与碳纳米管间作用的影响机制。创新要点：1.碳纳米管对四环素的吸附与其表面官能团种类密切相关;2.金属离子对碳纳米管吸附四环素的影响能力与金属离子络合性能相关。研究方法：采用批量吸附试验和谱学手段表征相结合的研究方法。重要结论：四环素在不同官能化碳纳米管上吸附能力的强弱顺序为：石墨化碳纳米管（G-MWCNTs）〉羟基化碳纳米管（OH-MWCNTs）〉羧基化碳纳米管（COOH-MWCNTs）〉氨基化碳纳米管（NH2-MWCNTs）,碳纳米管表面的官能团类型和数量对四环素与碳纳米管间的作用机制有重要影响（表1和图2）。Cu（II）和Ni（II）对四环素在G-MWCNTs 上的吸附几乎没有影响,但对在其它三种官能团化的碳纳米管上的吸附表现出不同的影响能力（图3）。与Ni（II）相比,Cu（II）与碳纳米管上官能团具有更强的络合能力,因此Cu（II）对四环素在不同碳纳米管上吸附的影响要比Ni（II）更显著。     

和平教育：打破教育与战争的隐性结盟

和平具有普世价值。教育是通向和平的重要途径。然而,不容乐观的是,在中国学校教育中和平的主题并不彰显,教育与战争之间的隐性结盟还没有引起研究者充分的重视。暴力商业化和暴力娱乐化驱使大众传媒中暴力泛滥。和平教育的核心部分是防止战争和暴力的教育,中国和平教育包括人权教育、发展教育、生态环保教育、多元文化相互理解的教育等多个主题。倡导和平教育要求改变教育范式,反思和警惕现行学校教育中竞争主导、国家利益主导、人类中心主义主导的范式;从具体实施手段来看,冲突化解教育、性别敏感教育、文化敏感性教育等是学校和平教育的有效手段。

A Laplace pressure based microfluidic trap for passive droplet trapping and controlled release

Here, we present a microfluidic droplet trap that takes advantage of the net Laplace pressure force generated when a droplet is differentially constricted. Mathematical simulations were first used to understand the working range of the component; followed by finite element modeling using the CFD software package to further characterize the behavior of the system. Controlled release of the trapped droplets is also demonstrated through both a mechanical method and a chemical method that manipulates the total pressure exerted on the trapped droplet. The unique design of this trapping device also provides the capability for selection of a single droplet from a train, as well as droplet fusion.
