亚洲与欧洲国家职业教育对话的平台——2006年柏林“职业教育和培训对话”亚欧会议综述

一、亚欧会议（ASEM） ASEM是英文ASIA—EUROPE—MEETING的缩写。所谓“亚欧会议”，实质上是一个在亚洲与欧洲国家之间开展包括教育改革与发展问题在内的对话平台。“亚欧会议”始于1996年，是一个反映20世纪90年代新的政治思潮的非正式对话与合作进程的组织。现有成员包括25个欧盟成员国和13个亚洲国家。亚洲国家有文莱、缅甸、中国、柬埔寨、印尼、日本、韩国、马来西亚、老挝、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国和越南。此外，欧盟委员会作为一个多边组织也加入了这一“进程”。     

Research on the Sexism in English Language

English is not only a language tool,but also an ideological tool.Vocabulary of the language can faithfully reflect the culture it serves such as sexism.The oxford advanced learner’s dictionary explains it as below:the unfair treatment of people,especially women,because of their sex.Sexism is a social phenomenon which has a long history.It has been hiding in language and culture with the mainstream thinking.And it can be discovered from vocabularies,proverbs practical applications and metaphors.The present report aims to research the values of sexism through the mirror of English language.Furthermore,we will learn the social circumstances and reasons of this phenomenon.And we can make a more clear understanding of the state of women in English language countries.In this research,literature review and analysis are adopted.The findings are as follows:sexism real exists in many aspects of English language.There are many reasons accounting for this phenomenon like culture factors,history factors,psychological factors,political factors and so on.It may still last for a long time.However,the gradual change of sexism will be the tendency.Basing on the results of this research,sexism plays an important role in communication,education and literature.So the more you know it,the better you will avoid trouble.Therefore,the present research has important practical significances.     

基于MATLAB GUI的图像处理和机器视觉辅助教学平台设计与实现

图像处理和机器视觉课程涉及知识面广,需要掌握计算机、数学、大数据、编程等相关知识,但现有的图像处理和机器视觉实验系统程序结构复杂,传统的直接在命令行进行编程的方法在教学直观性方面表现力弱,学生在课程学习中无法理解机器视觉相关算法的基本原理,不适合在课堂学习的初级阶段推广。为提高教学质量及学生的学习兴趣,在Matlab环境下,本文利用图形用户接口(GUI)设计并开发了此套图像处理辅助教学系统。本系统涵盖了图像处理和机器视觉的核心内容,分为图像修复、图像增强、图像滤波三大部分,实现了图像处理的可视化操作,系统交互性强,特别强调了模块化工程,将每个实现图像处理功能的代码分别进行function函数定义,有利于老师的教学讲解与学生的理解、自主学习。设计结果表明,该系统对图像的处理效果良好,化抽象为直观,可以更好地辅助教师授课、帮助学生理解和自学。
