综述面向对象方法(Object-Oriented Methodology简称OO方法)的由来和发展，以及当前的主要研究领域；OO方法的基本概念、主要特征，并从OO方法作为新的方法学、程序设计新范型和一门新技术的角度展开了论述．     

浅谈非智力因素差生的转化

差生有两种。一种是属于先天性的弱智,另一种是由于环境等多方面的影响所造成。后者可称为非智力因素差生。多年的教学实践证明,对于非智力因素的差生,只要用辩证的观点和发展的眼光来看待并采取积极的措施是可以使其转变的.以下是我的一些作法和体会。一、克服偏见,帮助树立自信心在人们的脑子里一旦形成“某人笨”的心理定势后,就会表现在语言、举止上对他的冷漠、粗暴。因     

职业教育教学思想的设计说

传统静态的教育观认为，普通教育重视个性需求，其目标是内隐的；职业教育重视社会需求，其目标是外显的。换句话说，普通教育的培养目标是“非功利性”的，而职业教育的培养目标是“功利性”的。现代动态的教育观则认为，目标外显的就业导向的职业教育，同样可以做到既满足社会需求，又满足个性需求。这意味着，职业教育绝不是等同于一般职业培训的纯功利性的教育活动。     

Research on the Sexism in English Language

English is not only a language tool,but also an ideological tool.Vocabulary of the language can faithfully reflect the culture it serves such as sexism.The oxford advanced learner’s dictionary explains it as below:the unfair treatment of people,especially women,because of their sex.Sexism is a social phenomenon which has a long history.It has been hiding in language and culture with the mainstream thinking.And it can be discovered from vocabularies,proverbs practical applications and metaphors.The present report aims to research the values of sexism through the mirror of English language.Furthermore,we will learn the social circumstances and reasons of this phenomenon.And we can make a more clear understanding of the state of women in English language countries.In this research,literature review and analysis are adopted.The findings are as follows:sexism real exists in many aspects of English language.There are many reasons accounting for this phenomenon like culture factors,history factors,psychological factors,political factors and so on.It may still last for a long time.However,the gradual change of sexism will be the tendency.Basing on the results of this research,sexism plays an important role in communication,education and literature.So the more you know it,the better you will avoid trouble.Therefore,the present research has important practical significances.     

中学体育教育现状的探究

随着体育教学的改革,中学体育教学也取得了可喜的成果,但受到传统教学模式以及现实因素的影响,在中学体育教学仍然存在着很多问题.本文通过对现阶段中学体育教学的调查和研究,发现了一些问题,并相应的提出了建议性的解决方案.针对中学体育教学中所存在的问题,我们应该积极应对,并采取切实可行的有效措施,只有这样才能促进中学生的健康发展.

In this paper, equivalent surface impedance boundary condition (ESIBC), which takes fractal parameters (D, G) into SIBC, is implemented in the 4-component 2-D compact finite difference frequency domain (2-D CFDFD) method to an- alyze the propagation characteristics of lossy circular waveguide with fractal rough surface based on Weierstrass-Mandelbrot (W-M) function.
