1介绍 2005年5月10-11日。CNI、ISC以及SURF基金会举办了名为“创建机构知识库的战略”的研讨会。会议的目的是要广泛了解当前机构知识库在学术机构中的发展，并且对国家政策与战略的形成进行探讨。在会议的准备过程中，组织者就从十三个国家收集了机构知识库建设的有关信息，这3个国家包括澳大利亚、加拿大、美国、十个欧洲国家——比利时、法国、英国、丹麦、挪威、瑞典、芬兰、德国、意大利以及荷兰。
