从生物力学角度试析背越式跳高的起跳技术

运动生物力学是对体育运动中的动作技术，用生物学和力学的观点及方法，把生物学因素和力学因素互相结合，并通过对体育动作和各种形式加以定量描述，使人们可以依据所测定的生物力学参数来指导运动训练，改进运动技术。

关于决策算法的研究是决策系统研究的核心内容之一，大多数关于决策的研究都是以方案形成及评价选择为研究内容的，它们从不同的角度针对不同的问题进行广泛的研究，但还远远没有消除这方面研究的困难．研究的重点是群体决策，提出了集结群体意见并对决策对象进行优劣排序的方法，是一种基于AHP的多目标群体决策．     

Comparative experimental analysis on various picking types under dedicated and random storage assignments for automated storage and retrieval systems

Product storage policy, single picking volume and picking routing are the three factors of vital importance that affect the efficiency of a crane to pick goods in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). Comparative experiments on picking efficiency were conducted targeting picking operation with order of 1 to 20. Based on dedicated and random storage policies, 4 picking methods of patching-based, S-type, return-type and optimized-type routes were used and compared in the experiments. The results show that either the dedicated policy or the random policy was applied, crane worked most efficiently with optimized-type route, followed by S-type path, patching-based path, and return-type path. When the number of orders in a single picking is larger (more than 5), the random storage policy is preferable to the dedicated policy.

研究了公交线路自主查询系统的核心即线路选择的模型与算法问题．考虑到查询者的不同需求,文中针对系统设计中转乘次数、线路时间、线路费用等三个因素,建立了实现转乘次数最小、路线时间最小、线路费用最少的多目标最优化模型．

Development of an indirect competitive ELISA for simultaneous detection of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin

Modified 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropy) carbodiimide(EDC) method was employed to synthesize the artificial antigen of enrofloxacin(ENR),and New Zealand rabbits were used to produce anti-ENR polyclonal antibody(pAb).Based on the checkerboard titration,an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) standard curve was established.This assay was sensitive and had a linear range from 0.6 to 148.0 μg/kg(R2 =0.9567),with the half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) and limit of detection(LOD) values of 9.4 μg/kg and 0.2 μg/kg,respectively.Of all the competitive analogues,the produced pAb exhibited a high cross-reactivity to ciprofloxacin(CIP)(87%),the main metabolite of ENR in tissues.After optimization,the matrix effects can be ignored using a 10-fold dilution in beef and 20-fold dilution in pork.The overall recoveries and coefficients of variation(CVs) were in the ranges of 86%-109% and 6.8%-13.1%,respectively.It can be concluded that the established ELISA method is suitable for simultaneous detection of ENR and CIP in animal tissues.

针对濮城油田生产现状,为了减小油井结蜡对生产的影响,引进了蒸汽洗井清蜡技术。其具有成本低,温度高、清蜡效果好,温度、水量可调控,用水量较少、对产量影响较小,对油层污染小等特点。通过现场应用,该技术具有较好的应用发展前景。
