Objective  

The gene for mast cell chymase (CMA1) is an ideal candidate for investigating the genetic predisposition to coronary heart disease (CHD), as activated mast cells have been found to be present in a greater proportion in the shoulder region of atheroma than in normal coronary intimae. Previous studies have indicated that CMA1 promoter polymorphism rs1800875 may be involved in regulating immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels in patients with eczema, and it is associated with the progression of immunoglobulin A nephropathy.  相似文献

An efficient induction system and regeneration protocol based on mature barley embryos were developed. Embryos isolated from mature seeds, dehusked by hand and inoculated with longitudinally bisected sections, showed low contamination and high primary callus-forming capability. The influences of nine culture media on primary callus induction and germination from the mature embryos of barley cultivars Golden Promise and Zaoshu 3 were analyzed. The results showed that the two cultivars had much higher values of primary callus induction in the B16M6D medium as compared to the other eight medium formulations, with a frequency of 74.3% and 78.4% for Golden Promise and Zaoshu 3, respectively. Furthermore, Zaoshu 3 demonstrated particularly high stability in callus induction over the different media, indicating its potential utilization in callus induction and regeneration for its good agronomic traits and wide adaption. There were significant differences amongst 11 barley genotypes in terms of primary callus induction in the optimum medium, with percentages of callus induction and germination response ranging from 17.9% to 78.4% and 2.8% to 47.4%, respectively. Green plantlets of Dong 17, Golden Promise, and Zaoshu 3 were successfully developed from primary calli through embryogenesis, with green plant differentiation frequencies ranging from 9.7% to 21.0% across genotypes.  相似文献

<正>A current bleeding CMOS mixer with complementary transconductance stage is presented in this paper.The conversion gain of the mixer is increased and the flick noise of the mixer is reduced by inserting the PMOS to form current bleeding circuit in Gilbert mixer.The circuit is designed through SMIC 0.18um CMOS process,the LO frequency is 1.571GHz,RF frequency is 1.575GHz,simulation results show the conversion gain of the mixer is 18.5 dB,SSB NF is about 9.59dB,and third-order input intercept point(IIP3) is-4.6dBm.The mixer consumes 7.8 mA at 1.8 V power supply and the size of the whole layout is 0.73mm×0.68 mm.  相似文献

Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of a scoring system combining zygote and embryo morphology in predicting the outcome of in vitro fertilization(IVF)treatment.Methods:In a study group,117 consecutive IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) cycles with embryo transfer were carried out and 312 embryos were scored Using a combmed scoring system(CSS)of zygote and embryo morphology before transplantation.In a control group,a total of 420 IVF or ICSI cycles were carried out and 1176 embryos were scored using a cumulative embryo score(CES).The effects of the combined scoring system on the embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate per cycle were analyzed.Results:Using the combined scoring system,the embryo implantation rate(27.6%)and the clinical pregnancy rate(48.7%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(20.8%and 38.6%,respectively).Also,the implantation rate of embryos scoring≥70 (38.5%:82 sacs/213 embryos)was significantly higher (P<0.001)than that of embryos scoring<70(4%:4 sacs/99 embryos).The pregnancy rate of patients with embryos scoring≥70 using the combined scoring system(66.7%)Was significantly higher(P<0.001)than that of patients with embryos scoring≥20 using the cumulative embryo score(59.0%).Conclusion:The results suggest that selecting embryos with a high Score(≥70)using the combined scoring system could inerease the implantation rate and pregnancy rate,and that using a scoring system combining assessments of human zygotes and pre-implantation embryos might predict IVF outcomes more accurately than using a cumulafive embryo score.  相似文献

The concept of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) is presently of great interest. The functional bacteria belonging to the Planctomycete phylum and their metabolism are investigated by microbiologists. Meanwhile, the ANAMMOX is equally valuable in treatment of ammonium-rich wastewaters. Related processes including partial nitritation-ANAMMOX and completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite (CANON) have been developed, and lab-scale experiments proved that both processes were quite feasible in engineering with appropriate control. Successful full-scale practice in the Netherlands will accelerate application of the process in future. This review introduces the microbiology and more focuses on application of the ANAMMOX process.
