关于体育课结构的重新认识

从体育课的特点出发讨论了体育课的宏观结构和微观结构。由于体育课是一个教学过程而不同训练过程，因而其宏观结构必须突出知识和技术学习的主线，其大致可分为五个阶段或者部分，即引导阶段、学习知识和技术阶段、巩固知识和技术阶段、检查评价阶段和结束阶段。此外，体育课的微观结构与课的目的、类型及教学对象特点等因素有关，故在安排每堂体育课的结构时绝不能千篇一律。
