我国英文科技论文中基金资助项目的数量与标注形式分析 ——以《Chinese Science Bulletin》和《Progress in Natural Science》为例

以2007-2008年刊载的论文中所标注的基金资助项目为数据统计源,分析我国英文科技论文中基金资助项目的数量、资助机构及标注方式与规范.2刊刊载的基金论文比例均高于90%,国家级基金资助及多项基金资助的论文占绝大多数.对2刊的基金资助标注名称的表达进行了讨论,并提出了相关的建议.

Decentralisation and marketisation of adult and continuing education: A Chinese case study

Tsinghua University in Beijing, a leading Chinese university, has emerged as a pioneer in the decentralisation and marketisation of adult and continuing education in China. Recent development at Tsinghua has had a significant influence on the ways in which other universities in China have approached change. The university has decentralised power to the (continuing education) school level, implemented a corporate style of management and adopted market-driven programme development and management. This paper explores the ways in which decentralisation and marketisation has reshaped the provision of adult and continuing education at Tsinghua University, and its implications for China's higher educational institutions. After examining both the promise and the perils of adopting Western models for application in a diversity of Chinese contexts, the paper suggests that the decentralisation and marketisation of adult and continuing education in China will not lead to the complete withdrawal of government control over this sector of the educational system for both practical and political reasons. This Chinese case study therefore helps to improve theoretical understanding of the process of globalisation and the fact that the globalisation of neo-liberal decentralisation and marketisation does not necessarily imply or lead to homogenisation in policy or practice.     

英语专业四级考试面临的问题及其策略分析

面对重要的专业四级过级考试（TEM4）,英语专业的大部分学生在备考阶段都会遇到许多问题。本课题组成员通过走访印将参加专业四级考试并处于紧张备考阶段的英语专业学生和已经参加过专业四级考试的学生,以及结合课题组成员自身的经历,从中总结出英语专业学生在备考阶段所遇到的学习上的客观问题和心理上的主观问题,并加以分析,据此研究出相应的解决方案,为广大备考的考生提供借鉴。     

上海市中学体育场馆运营现状及对策

在学校体育场馆逐步面向社会免费开放的同时,利用现有体育场馆开展适当的经营活动仍是"以馆养馆、以场养场"的基本方法.本文对上海市部分中学体育场馆的运营现状进行了调查研究,认为经营意识、管理方法、运营方式等是制约体育场馆运营效益的根本因素,提出了利用体育俱乐部等管理形式是促进场馆功能开发、提高运营灵活性等主要对策.     

《李尔王》双重情节中的二项对立与其叙事结构

《李尔王》双重情节中存在着几种二项对立,包括地位高低、男女性别、口头话语与书信以及心理与生理的对立,这不但避免了主次情节的重复,而且使两者成为统一的整体,也使该剧的悲剧意义更为普遍和深刻。此外,从结构主义叙事学的视角出发,该剧情节中最基本的二项对立秩序与混乱规定了该剧的叙事结构,即由于维系个人、家庭、国家和自然界的自然关系的瓦解和重建所引起的从有序到混乱,再到恢复秩序的过程。这也是该剧的主题意义所在。     

汉语简单句中的量词辖域歧义及其消歧研究

量词辖域歧义是语言研究的重要课题之一。英、汉语在量词辖域歧义方面存在不对称的现象。汉语简单句中存在着多种类型的量词辖域歧义现象,主要体现为量词与量词、量词与否定词、量词与疑问词以及量词与联结词之间的辖域歧义。量词辖域歧义现象的存在,在一定程度上造成了语言使用和理解方面的困难。为了使语言表达得更加严密、准确,可以采用语音、词汇、语法以及语境等手段消除语句的量词辖域歧义现象。     

Determination of 5-Fluorouracil in Human Plasma by High- Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) has a broad spectrum of anti-tumor activity, widely applied to the treatment of cancers. However, it is necessary to determine the plasma concentration of 5-FU in clinical practice due to its narrow therapeutic index. Therefore, a simple, economic and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the determination of 5-FU in human plasma. Ethyl acetate was chosen as extraction reagent. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 20 mmol/L ammonium formate using a linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. 5-FU and 5-bromouracil (5-BU) were detected by UV detector at 265 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5—500 ng/mL and the correlation coefficient was not less than 0.992 6 for all calibration curves. The intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 10.5% and 4.3%, respectively, and the accuracy was within ±3.7%. The recovery at all concentration levels was 80.1±8.6%. 5-FU was stable under possible conditions of storing and handling. This method is proved applicable to therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies of 5-FU in human.
