掺杂一维光子晶体透射谱研究

用传输矩阵法计算模拟掺杂(含缺陷)一维光子晶体模型(ABCn AB)m 的透射谱,当n=1,(AB-CAB)m的透射谱出现了有规律的共振透射带,具有宽带滤波的特性,当m=10时,(ABCAB)10随缺陷层C的折射率nc的变化,禁带中心频率处(1.0ω/ω0)出现了一个带宽由大变小变化的透射带,且每个透射带又分裂为恒定透射率的多个透射峰;当m=10,n为奇数时,模型(ABC nAB)10 的透射谱出现奇数个透射带,n为偶数时,出现偶数个透射带,且每个透射带均分裂为9个透射峰.这些特性可用于设计可调性多通道滤波器等.     

LaFeCoSi系列合金室温磁热效应的研究

选择LaFeSi作为基础,在其中添加过渡族元素Co,配制成LaFe11.7-xCoxSi1.3 Bo.25(X =0.6,0.65)系列合金,采用高频磁悬浮感应加热炉进行熔炼,进行热处理,并对样品在1.5T磁场下进行直接测量.结果表明,Co元素的适量添加,对提高居里温度有意义,也可以适当调整材料的绝热温变,对于保持材料的磁热性能有更好的作用.     

A new footwear technology to promote non-heelstrike landing and enhance running performance: Fact or fad?

This study sought to compare the kinetics and kinematics data in a group of habitual shod runners when running in traditional running shoes and newly designed minimalist shoes with lug platform. This novel footwear design claims to simulate barefoot running and reduce energy loss during impact. We compared footstrike angle (FSA), vertical average (VALR) and instantaneous (VILR) loading rates, energy loss and initial vertical stiffness between two shoe conditions. Runners demonstrated a decreased FSA while running in minimalist shoes with lug platform than traditional shoes (P = 0.003; Cohen’s d = 0.918). However, we did not observe a landing pattern transition. VALR and VILR between two footwear conditions showed no significant difference (P = 0.191–0.258; Cohen’s d = 0.304–0.460). Initial vertical stiffness (P = 0.032; Cohen’s d = 0.671) and energy loss (P = 0.044; Cohen’s d = 0.578) were greater when running in minimalist shoes with lug platform. The results show that minimalist shoes with lug platform reduce the FSA but may not lead to a landing pattern switch or lower vertical loading rates. Interestingly, the new shoe design leads to a greater energy loss than traditional running shoes, which could be explained by a higher initial vertical stiffness.

女大学生体育与心理健康研究

采用文献法等,对辽宁省普通高校女性大学生心理健康及参加体育锻炼状况进行研究分析。结果表明,辽宁省普通高校女性大学生心理健康状况高于全国大学生同年龄组水平,但存在着差异,男生相对好于女生。女大学生体育锻炼特点,从总体上看,大、中、小运动量分布不是很均匀,大部分女生侧重于小到中运动量的体育锻炼;体育锻炼的主观思想参与倾向是较为积极的,她们在周围群体的行为及学校教育的引导下,更容易受其感染而使个人的体育参与意识受到启发,进而激发她们从主观愿望上愿意参与到体育活动之中。中等偏下运动量对女性大学生有较好的心理健康效应,长期坚持中等运动量的体育锻炼有利于女性大学生心理健康水平的提高。     

武术奥运之路的文化思考

武术在奥运之路的进程中面临了“保持传统”与“继续西化”的两难境地,在选择“文化之路”还是“体育之路”中,中国武术依然选择了“全盘西化”的“奥林匹克”之路。但武术是一个体系庞大的文化体系,在力争进入奥林匹克之时,一定要注重自身的文化特色和尊严,按照自身的发展规律渐进而行。鉴于武术的多元性,武术的发展也需要多条道路,既要重视“体育之路”,更要重视“文化之路”。     

新论我国中小学教师培训历史阶段的划分

通过对建国以来中小学教师培训历史阶段的划分已有文献的总结、分析以及评述,找到已有研究的不足之处;在此基础之上,整合已有的研究成果,构建了笔者对教师培训历史阶段的划分。     

Beyond the white norm: the use of qualitative methods in the study of black youths’ schooling in England

There is at present in England great confusion concerning the schooling of black youths. Much conventional “race‐relations” research is underpinned by models of social pathology that perceives the youths as a “problem.” While carrying out a study of black students, of Afro‐Caribbean and Asian parentage, qualitative research pointed to the need to re‐conceptualise their experience of schooling within a framework that moves beyond liberal assumptions of a de‐racialised, de‐gendered and de‐politicised school system. Placing students at the centre of the research enables us to see how school for black youths is part of a wider alienating response to them that results in their experience of a “different reality” from the white population. In response to this, the students have creatively developed a number of survival strategies. This article explores the implications of the relative autonomy of methodology from wider theoretical and substantive concerns. In this largely autobiographical account the dialectical nature of ethnography is illustrated, with the theoretical#shconceptual analysis grounded in the data gathering process.     

对我国高校高水平运动队的现状分析及其发展对策的研究

本文对36所试办高水平运动队的高校进行了全面调查。结果表明:目前我国高校高水平运动队普遍存在着指导思想混乱;生源经费短缺;运动员年龄偏大;场馆破损陈旧;项目布局不合理;重训练轻文化;教练素质较差等问题。针对上述现状及成因,作者提出了若干发展对策和改革建议,旨在使高校办高水平运动队工作出现新的局面。
