建立社会主义市场经济条件下大港油田新型科技体制初探

本文在分析大港油田现行科技体制和所面临形势的基础上，认真分析了为适应油田改革和发展的形势进行科技体制改革的有利条件，提出了社会主义市场经济条件下大港油田新的科技体制的框架构想，明确了油田科技体制改革的基本思路。     

The development of reading interest and its relation to reading ability

The development of interest in reading and its relationship to reading ability was examined longitudinally in 117 children in Grades 1–3. Interest in reading was measured by eight items from the Elementary Reading Attitude Survey. Less able readers had lower interest in reading, but their development was parallel to that of more able readers. Interest in reading in Grade 1 was weakly correlated with Grade 3 reading ability, but correlations were lower for interest measured in Grades 2 and 3. Hierarchical regression analyses indicated weak and inconsistent effects of reading interest on reading ability after controlling general cognitive ability, SES, phonological awareness and naming speed. It is concluded that interest in reading has only a weak relationship to reading ability in the early elementary years, and that much of that relationship overlaps with the effects of other more powerful predictors.     

Assisting transition to university: using assessment as a formative learning tool

This study explores the effectiveness of an intervention involving formative assessment in a first‐year core business subject. Students were invited to receive feedback on a draft of their first written assessment during the early weeks of the semester. Consideration is given to the economic and ethical issues raised by the intervention. A multi‐method approach of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis is used. The research finds that the intervention facilitates significantly higher marks in assessments and grades, while assisting student learning overall. Findings are reinforced by comparison with a subject where the intervention was not offered.     

试析我国体育经纪人管理

当前我国正处于职业联赛发展的关键阶段,应当对体育经纪制度各种弊端预先加以防范,这样不但可以保障运动员的合法权益,也可以从法律的层面防患于未然,有利于促进体育经纪人管理的健全与完善。撰写本文之目的,即通过对当前我国体育经纪人管理的研究讨论,找出其中存在的问题,针对这些问题提出相应的对策。     

从汉字看中国古代的性别文化

某些具有代表性的汉字不仅可以帮助我们直接客观地了解造字时代的相关社会背景,也能从中发掘中国古代性别文化发生发展的轨迹,即男性被完全忽略的母系氏族时期——夫权意识逐渐抬头的过渡期——男性崇拜绝对化的父系氏族时期——中国封建社会解体,得出我国古代的性别关系总体上处于男女不平等状态的结论。

Performance degradation of stealthy attacks against sensor measurements in vector systems

In this work, we analyze the performance degradation of stealthy attacks against sensor measurements in vector systems. Two types of attacks are considered. One is strictly stealthy attack and the other is ?-stealthy attack. For the strictly stealthy attack, we characterize the upper bound of the performance degradation and design an optimal strictly stealthy attack that can achieve the upper bound. For the ?-stealthy attack, we quantify the upper bound of the performance degradation and propose a sub-optimal ?-stealthy attack approximately achieving the upper bound. Numerical results are given to illustrate the trade off between performance degradation versus the stealthiness level of the attack.
