体育舞蹈对女大学生身体形态、素质、生理机能的影响

为探讨体育舞蹈对女大学生身体形态、素质和生理机能的影响,随机抽取广西师范大学等3所高校共60名女生进行20周的体育舞蹈锻炼,对锻炼前后身体形态、素质和生理机能等一系列指标进行对比分析。结果显示：长期的体育舞蹈锻炼能使受试者的胸围、腰围、大腿围有明显下降（P〈0．05）,立定跳远、坐位体前屈、台阶指数、单足支撑（s）明显提高（P〈0．01）,晨脉、动脉血压明显下降（P〈0．05）;肺活量、VO2max明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论：长期的体育舞蹈锻炼能有效改善女大学生的身体形态,明显增强呼吸系统、心肺功能,并显著提高女大学生的耐力素质、柔韧素质及平衡能力。     

The angiogenetic effect of intramuscular administration of b-FGF and a-FGF on cardiac muscle: the influence of exercise on muscle angiogenesis

Although angiogenetic therapy using recombinant growth factors holds much hope for the treatment of ischaemic diseases, there are still many unanswered questions, including the method of administration, the correct dose of these factors, and the duration of the therapeutic approach. Exercise has also been suggested to induce neovascularizaiton in muscles. We evaluated the angiogenetic effects of the intramuscular administration of basic-fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF) and acidic-fibroblast growth factor (a-FGF) in rat heart, compared with rats who exercised daily. In conclusion, both the intramuscular administration of b-FGF and exercise increased significantly angiogenesis in the heart in contrast to the intramuscular administration of a-FGF, which was ineffective.     

论新中国体育史分期——兼与吴在田先生等商榷

历史研究必然涉及分期问题.现有新中国体育史著述中存在各种不同的分期观点,其中值得商榷的问题是分期依据和分期单位.基于这些问题的分析,探讨新的分期方式,最后提出的具体分期主张是:以1979年2月的全国体工会为界,将新中国体育史分为前后30年两个大的时期.将前30年分为5个阶段,其中的4个节点是:1952年11月"中央体委"成立;1956年6月全国农村体育工作会议召开;1966年12月国家体委副主任荣高棠被"打倒";1976年10月粉碎"四人帮".后30年分成3个阶段,其中的2个节点是:1984年10月十二届三中全会召开;1992年3月"红山口会议"召开.     

Analysis of Muscle Force-Velocity Parameter Changes in Elderly Women Resulting from Physical Activity—In Continuous Examinations

The aim of the paper was to evaluate changes in muscle force-velocity parameters (F-v) in elderly women subjected to physical exercise. The examinations encompassed 20 women, aged 62–71, who were students at the University of the Third Age in Wroc?aw. The evaluation of flexors and extensors of the knee joint, as well as flexors and extensors of the spine within the lumbar part, was performed under isokinetic conditions. The assessment was conducted three times: first, a preliminary evaluation; second, after four months of rehabilitation, which included march training and systemic exercises; third, was performed after another 12 months, during which the patients were subjected to various forms of individually selected physical activity. The examinations of muscles affecting the knee joint revealed that the results achieved in the second measurement, performed with load of 60°/s, revealed higher values than in the first examination and were similar or higher in the third examination. With a load of 180°/s, values achieved in the second measurement were higher than results from the first measurement and were mostly lower than registered in the measurement.

The highest values of parameters F-v for flexors and extensors of the lumbar part of the spine were registered in third examination. The results were about 20% higher than achieved within measurements 1 and 2. The increase and maintenance of muscular fitness in elderly women is possible only if a load applied exceeds threshold values and is applied for a long time.     

Strategies for Achieving Gender Equality in Higher Education and Research in Norway

The vision behind the work of the gender equality advisors in Norwegian universities and the Research Council of Norway is that of full equality between women and men in all areas and at all levels of the sector of higher education. The Network of Gender Equality Advisors in Higher Education and Research was formed in 1994. Both good and less good news can be reported on the work accomplished so far. A double strategy is applied to tackle gender inequality: mainstreaming and special commitment.
