论陶渊明和梭罗的诗学走向

作为中外文学史上罕见的曾躬耕陇亩的文人代表,陶渊明和梭罗都主张回归自然,在自然中寻求一种独立的精神境界。“诗可以兴”是他们共有的诗学基础,不过梭罗在体验自然后又重新回归尘世,成为有内在精神思想脉络和政治承担的自然主义者,在他的作品中逐渐呈现的是“诗可以群”：而陶渊明在认清世人追名逐利的本性无可更改后,他逃离尘世去追求精神上的“洁癖”,他的笔下渐呈“诗可以怨”的特点。     

元诗中的李陵台

李陵兵败投降匈奴后,思念故乡,便筑台登高遥望中原方向,后人称为李陵＂望乡台＂。李陵台位于元上都附近,是承载元代多民族诗人复杂情感的载体。元代诗人借咏李陵台,表现李陵的乡关之思,表达自己对汉朝统治者刻薄寡恩的批判,以及对李陵、司马迁遭遇的同情,也表现诗人对民族气节的理解。     

现状、原因、对策：西部民族地区基本公共服务供给研究

基本公共服务均等化是公平正义在公共服务领域的体现。由于自然资源、社会历史条件以及制度等因素的影响,西部民族地区在基础教育、基本医疗、社会保障及道路基础设施等基本公共服务方面与东部地区差距巨大。要缩小基本公共服务的地区差距,首先要促进西部民族地区经济发展;其次要完善转移支付制度;最后,要转变西部民族地区地方政府职能,完善公共服务的多元供给制度。     

短期力量练习对老年人肌肉力量和身体功能的影响

为了充分证实不同的力量练习计划对老年人体质健康影响的效果,通过对比高速率的变阻训练(HV)、由慢到快速率的等阻训练(CT)以及高速率的变阻练习与身体功能练习相结合(CB)的3种不同的短期力量练习计划对老年人的肌肉功能和身体活动能力的影响进行了实证性研究。研究结果显示:与控制组(CO)相比,HV组、CT组以及CB组的肌肉力量都有显著性的提高,而CO的力量呈轻微的下降趋势;每周两次的HV练习在提高力量和爆发性身体功能时,要优于CT和CB组;与HV和CT组相比,CB组对增加老年人的力量也是有效的,这个结果对于那些不愿意或不能频繁参加力量练习的老年人是一个重要提示。     

中职烹饪专业双语教学改革初探——以南京旅游营养中等专业学校为例

中职学校烹饪专业迫切需要在教好学生专业知识和技能的同时加强英语教学,寻求适合学生学习的双语教学模式,以更好地满足国内外市场的需求。中职烹饪专业双语课的目标是使学生在专业操作能力和烹饪英语口语水平方面获得全面发展。烹饪专业双语教学面临的困难有三:一是教师素质有待提高,二是教材严重匮乏,三是学生的英语水平参差不齐。提高中职烹饪专业双语教学水平的对策有四:一是大力加强师资队伍建设;二要创新双语教学模式,设置合理的课程体系;三应加强双语教材建设;四是注重教学方法创新。

While reviewing relationships or hypotheses between structural pluralism and various outcomes, the article then discusses and proposes issues and agendas for future studies.     

Examining the association of job tenure,employment history,and organizational status with employee dissent

The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between temporal and structural components of organizational life (i.e., job tenure, employment history, and organizational history) and employee dissent. This was accomplished by comparing respondents’ reports about their tendencies to use varying strategies for dissent to their reports about present job tenure, number of full‐time employers, total years work experience, and organizational status. Structural equation models were used to examine the association between temporal measures (job tenure, number of full‐time employers, total years work experience), structural measures (organizational status) and dissent constructs. Findings indicated that articulated dissent use was associated with management status, whereas latent dissent use was associated with nonmanagement status, increases in present job tenure and decreases in number of full‐time employers and total years work experience.     

多伦多区域网络合作治理模式

多伦多通过构建大都市区域规划、城市合并、地方政府机构重组和创建大都市联盟推进大都市区区域公共治理,建立了多元利益主体共同参与、多种组织模式实现的多元复合型区域网络治理模式。消除"行政区经济"梗阻,我国大都市区可借鉴多伦多区域网络合作治理经验,建立具有跨区域职能的大都市联盟(区域规划委员会、大都市联席会、城市联盟体),以实现区域公共产品供给的一体化。     

Longitudinal Relations Among Language Skills,Anger Expression,and Regulatory Strategies in Early Childhood

Researchers have suggested that as children's language skill develops in early childhood, it comes to help children regulate their emotions (Cole, Armstrong, & Pemberton, 2010; Kopp, 1989), but the pathways by which this occurs have not been studied empirically. In a longitudinal study of 120 children from 18 to 48 months of age, associations among child language skill, observed anger expression, and regulatory strategies during a delay task were examined. Toddlers with better language skill, and whose language skill increased more over time, appeared less angry at 48 months and their anger declined more over time. Two regulatory strategies, support seeking and distraction, explained a portion of the variance in the association between language skill and anger expression after toddlerhood.
